The Mineral Resources and Energy Minister Gwede Mantashe has told parliament that any deliberate attempt to withhold fuel from the market would not be tolerated. Mantashe warned petrol stations that withholding fuel is illegal and has promised to prosecute those found to be doing so in South Africa.
