Our life in eternity will not be determined by the days that we spend in this life, but by the moments we have. Throughout history, it’s moments that define men & women, great leaders. Most great men and women throughout history can go back to one specific moment when everything changed. As followers of Jesus, we are called to find Him in the moments, but that is only possible when we are continually in His Word, fully devoted. Joshua and Caleb were not just reading the Bible once a year. They were spending time with the Father continually. That is why they did not miss Him in the moment. God has created specific moments in each of our lives, and we all have the opportunity to encounter Him in them. However, we will miss the moments if we are not preparing and tuning our hearts and minds to Him. No one can be you. No one can replace you in your moments. If you do not show up today to be who God has called you to be, there will be a whole in history; we will miss the moments. We pray that a fresh spirit of revival fall in each of our lives to take up our cross, to be who God made us, and to follow Him into the moments He has prepared for each of us!
