Ignite: From Routine to Revival - Part Eight
The fifth petition of the Lord's Prayer reveals a revolutionary approach to relationships through forgiveness. Understanding how much God has forgiven us becomes the foundation for forgiving others. This petition impacts our relationships with fellow believers, unbelievers, and future connections God wants to bring into our lives. On the other hand, unforgiveness opens doors to the enemy and creates bitterness that affects not just us, but everyone around us. True forgiveness is unconditional, reflecting Christ's sacrifice on the cross. When we choose to forgive, we become unoffendable and demonstrate the radical love of God's kingdom to a watching world.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceFollow Our Socials:Instagram - @thegatheringchurchtnFacebook - www.facebook.com/GatheringFamily

The fourth petition of the Lord's Prayer teaches us to ask God for our daily bread. Jesus uses the word give to remind us that our Heavenly Father is generous and willing to provide, just as He gave His own Son for us. Ignite: From Routine to Revival - Part Six
When Jesus taught us to pray 'Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven,' He was inviting us into a restoration of what was lost in Eden. The fall began not with behavior, but with distrust when Adam and Eve chose their will over God's good will. In this week's message, April walks us through "Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." And it's our prayer that the Father's good and perfect will would come in your life today!Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceFollow Our Socials:Instagram - @thegatheringchurchtnFacebook - www.facebook.com/GatheringFamily

Ignite: From Routine to Revival - Part Five
When Jesus taught us to pray "Thy kingdom come," He was inviting us to ask for God's perfect reign to be established in our lives. The Kingdom of God isn't a distant place but refers to God's rule and authority. This Kingdom is both a present reality and a future hope awaiting complete fulfillment.Throughout the Old Testament, God desired to rule His people directly, but they repeatedly chose human kings who ultimately failed. Jesus came as the perfect King, demonstrating a Kingdom that operates through sacrifice and service rather than force and power. When we pray for God's Kingdom to come, we're asking Him to replace our imperfect rule with His perfect governance in every area of our lives. Listen to Pastor Corey’s message this week on this petition of The Prayer and letting God’s Kingdom reign in your life.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceFollow Our Socials:Instagram - @thegatheringchurchtnFacebook - www.facebook.com/GatheringFamily

Ignite: From Routine to Revival - Part Four
The first petition of the Lord's Prayer, "Hallowed be Your name," is not just worship but an active request for God to make His name great in our specific circumstances. Rather than simply acknowledging God's holiness, we're asking Him to set His name apart and make it treasured in our marriages, workplaces, communities, and hearts. This petition comes first because when God's glory takes priority, everything else falls into proper perspective. Allow the Father to hallow His name in your life today!Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceFollow Our Socials:Instagram - @thegatheringchurchtnFacebook - www.facebook.com/GatheringFamily

Prayer has never been about convincing God to do something. We can tend to forget our position as children of a loving Father. When you know who your Father is, you know what you carry into every situation - victory, peace, provision, healing, and hope. What if the reason your prayers feel powerless has nothing to do with your technique and everything to do with your heart posture? Jesus gave specific warnings about how NOT to pray that reveal the secret to effective communication with the Father. Are you praying to be seen by others or genuinely seeking your Heavenly Father in the secret place? Our Father knows your needs before you ask and is eager to give you good gifts - but first, you need to understand that your access to Him isn't based on your performance.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceFollow Our Socials:Instagram - @thegatheringchurchtnFacebook - www.facebook.com/GatheringFamily

Rend Your Heart: Living a Life of Complete Surrender - Part Four
Thank you for tuning in to the final week of teaching on the book of Joel! This week, Pastor Gene wraps things up talking about how our Heavenly Father is a God of restoration. We see it in chapter two of Joel as He restores Israel, and He wants to do the same thing in your life. This beautiful work of restoration comes in the place of prayer in ways that only the Father can accomplish. Rend Your Heart: Living a Life of Complete Surrender - Part Two
The Book of Joel serves as a training manual for spiritual maturity, revealing that the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2 came through intentional prayer; but not just any prayer- specifically the Lord's Prayer. Joel prophesies of an ultimate Day of the Lord that will be positive for the prepared but terrible for the unprepared. God uses judgment not from cruelty, but to wake people up through economic collapse, natural disasters, and other life-altering circumstances. Enjoy this rich teaching today, and may we all be found preparing now for the coming Day of the Lord.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceFollow Our Socials:Instagram - @thegatheringchurchtnFacebook - www.facebook.com/GatheringFamily

Rend Your Heart: Living a Life of Complete Surrender - Part One
The church today faces a critical choice between spiritual comfort and maturity. Many believers never grow beyond spiritual milk to the meat of God's Word. The Book of Joel, particularly Chapter 2, serves as an instruction manual for end-times preparation. When 120 believers in Acts prayed the Lord's Prayer for ten days, heaven responded with Pentecost. This same pattern applies today - a Joel 2 culture of united prayer leads to Acts 2 outpouring. God promises restoration through grain (provision), new wine (joy), and oil (anointing) for those who embrace deeper spiritual maturity and prepare for the day of the Lord.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceFollow Our Socials:Instagram - @thegatheringchurchtnFacebook - www.facebook.com/GatheringFamily

Missed Moments: Part Four
Many believers sense there's more to their faith journey but struggle to recognize God's invitations. Just as the grave, womb, land, and fire cry out when not fulfilling their purpose, you were created with a divine assignment that brings fulfillment. God draws near at specific moments, offering healing and transformation, but not everyone allows Him to complete His work. When you consistently respond to His invitations, you progress through stages of spiritual growth - from recognizing your thirst to impacting your environment. Missed Moments: Part Three
God extends one of the greatest invitations ever offered - to seek Him while He may be found. Every person was created with divine purpose, yet many miss monumental spiritual moments due to busyness, comparison, or distraction. Isaiah 55:6 presents an urgent command to actively pursue God during favorable seasons when He draws near. This isn't casual advice but a time-sensitive opportunity to receive what money cannot buy: peace, purpose, healing, and abundant life. When God is near, expectations rise, comparisons fade, and prayers deepen. Missed Moments: Part Two
Every person faces divine moments where they can either capture God's opportunities or let them slip away. Through the stories of the rich fool, the rich young ruler, and the sacrificial widow, we learn that God measures our offerings not by their size but by what they cost us personally. The danger lies in placing our confidence in wealth rather than in God. When we give sacrificially rather than comfortably, we demonstrate trust in God's provision over our financial security. The question isn't how much we can give, but how much it will cost us and where we're truly placing our trust. We hope you enjoy this teaching today, and pray that you will capture each moment God gives you.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching Service

Missed Moments: Part One
God positions us for divine moments that can change everything, but we must choose whether to capture them or let them slip away. There are stories woven throughout Scripture of people capturing moments and those who missed it. When Moses struck the rock in anger instead of speaking to it as God commanded, his emotional outburst cost him entry into the Promised Land. Our missed moments don't just affect us - they impact families, communities, and future generations. May we consider the consequences, slow down to hear His voice, and obey when each moment comes our way.Join us in person on Sundays!9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching Service

The Book of Ephesians: Part Eight
The Christian life is a battleground, not a playground. The Apostle Paul makes clear in Ephesians 6 that believers are soldiers in God's army, fighting not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil in heavenly places. The Enemy is cunning, calculated, and methodical, and knows each of our weaknesses. However, God has given us everything we need to stand firm. Prayer is essential warfare, and God's Word is your primary weapon. Before we can walk in spiritual maturity, we must first learn to stand firm against the enemy's attacks. This requires studying of God's Word, developing strong prayer habits, and actively strengthening ourselves in the Armor of God.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceHouse of Prayer:Wednesdays 6-8PM - Prayer RoomWeekly Intercession meetingsText "PRAY" to (865) 505-8312 for our current prayer schedule.

The Book of Ephesians: Part Seven
Biblical marriage is a sacred covenant designed to reflect Christ's relationship with His church, not merely a romantic partnership or legal contract. This covenant sustains love through difficult seasons, unlike feelings-based relationships. Wives are called to submit to their husbands as to the Lord, while husbands must love sacrificially as Christ loved the church. Both roles require dying to self and allowing God's transformation. Successful marriages survive challenges through honest communication, prayer, and remembering they are one flesh before God. We hope you enjoy hearing from our elders on this topic! The Book of Ephesians: Part Six
Paul's letter to the Ephesians shifts from theological foundations to practical Christian living, emphasizing the importance of walking worthy of our calling. This worthy walk is characterized by five key qualities: humility, gentleness, patience, bearing with one another in love, and eagerness to maintain unity. Paul warns against spiritual immaturity, lacking humility, and being tossed around by every wind of doctrine. The solution involves speaking truth in love while remaining grounded in the gospel. Spiritual maturity cannot be achieved in isolation but requires committed participation in Christian community, where believers grow together toward the measure of the stature of Christ.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceHouse of Prayer:Wednesdays 6-8PM - Prayer RoomWeekly Intercession meetingsText "PRAY" to (865) 505-8312 for our current prayer schedule.

The Book of Ephesians: Part Five
Many believers struggle with anxiety, unworthiness, anger, and insecurity because they haven't fully embraced their true identity in Christ. In chapter 3 of Ephesians, Paul confirms that identity that we are to live in. He then concludes the chapter praying for supernatural understanding of God's immeasurable love - a love that surpasses human knowledge. When we're rooted and grounded in this love, we can experience exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think. The transformation is evident in Paul himself, who went from persecuting Christians to becoming the greatest missionary in history through one encounter with God's love. Our prayer for you today is that you would have that same encounter with the Father's love!Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceHouse of Prayer:Wednesdays 6-8PM - Prayer RoomWeekly Intercession meetingsText "PRAY" to (865) 505-8312 for our current prayer schedule.

The Book of Ephesians: Part Four
Paul reveals in Ephesians 2:11-22 how Jesus demolished the barriers between Jews and Gentiles. Through His death on the cross, Jesus didn't just provide individual salvation but created supernatural community where former enemies become family. The same principle applies today as believers often create dividing walls over worship styles, politics, and cultural differences. Jesus calls us beyond casual Christianity to deep community where we find our primary identity in Him rather than our differences. When Christ becomes our cornerstone, the walls separating believers crumble, allowing God's presence to dwell fully in the unified community He died to create.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceHouse of Prayer:Wednesdays 6-8PM - Prayer RoomWeekly Intercession meetingsText "PRAY" to (865) 505-8312 for our current prayer schedule.

In the wake of Charlie Kirk's tragic assassination, we wanted to take a break from our study on the book of Ephesians to pray as a church family for the Kirk's, our nation, and Gen Z, whom Charlie had a major impact on. We reflect on his profound impact as a voice of faith and conviction, especially for younger generations. Kirk's legacy as a revivalist for Gen Z has sparked a spiritual awakening, with many young people being stirred in their faith. Our prayer is that it would do the same in every generation and that the Lord would give us grace to answer the calling He has placed on our lives.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceHouse of Prayer:Wednesdays 6-8PM - Prayer RoomText "pray" to (865) 505-8312 for our current prayer schedule.

The Book of Ephesians: An Overview
In this week's teaching, Pastor Corey begins a new study on the book of Ephesians. In this introduction, he outlines the fascinating historical context behind Paul's letter to the Ephesians and how it transforms our understanding of Scripture. We explore Paul's unique background at the convergence of Roman law, Greek education, and Jewish religion, and how his dramatic encounter with Jesus on the Damascus Road reframed his understanding of God without erasing his Jewish identity.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceHouse of Prayer:Wednesdays 6-8PM - Prayer RoomText "pray" to (865) 505-8312 for our current prayer schedule.

The Book of Haggai: Absence vs. Absenteeism - Part Fifteen
As we bring the teaching of the book of Haggai to a close, Pastor takes a look at how Zerubbabel and Joshua finish their assignments well. Although they abandoned their divine assignments and misplaced their priorities, Haggai shows us that it's by the grace of God that they are able to realign with God's purpose and finish strong. The sobering reality is that statistically, the minority finish well while the majority do not. For every ten who start the journey with God, perhaps only two will finish stronger than they began. The Book of Haggai: Absence vs. Absenteeism - Part Fourteen
Discover the powerful spiritual principle of waiting between divine promises and their fulfillment. Today's message from Pastor Gene and Karen reveals why God often places a gap between giving us a promise and its manifestation—not as punishment, but as essential preparation. God uses waiting periods to check your motives, mold your character, test your trust, and strengthen your faith. The message provides practical insights on how walking in holiness during waiting seasons impacts not just individuals but entire families, creating generational blessings. The journey of holiness is essential to our relationship with God, as Scripture declares that without it, no one will see the Lord. Holiness cannot be transferred through association with godly people or church attendance—it's a personal journey requiring active participation. There are times in our lives when God will stir our spirits up. This divine disruption serves a purpose - to wake us up spiritually before we miss our destiny. When we respond correctly to God's stirring by accepting correction, He promises to be with us in everything He's called us to do. God has a specific purpose for your life that isn't random or accidental. The book of Haggai teaches us to stop comparing ourselves to others and instead recognize the divine purpose God has placed within us. We're called to 'be strong and work' while trusting in God's presence with us. Before God releases something new, He often shakes things up in our lives. The obstacles between us and our purpose can be overcome not by our own strength, but through God's grace and Spirit as we declare 'Grace, grace' over our mountains.Join Us In Person on Sundays:9:30AM - Prayer Service10:30AM - Teaching ServiceHouse of Prayer:Weekly Intercession MeetingsWednesdays 6-8PM - Prayer RoomText "prayer" to (865)505-8312 for our current prayer schedule.

Are your priorities aligned with God's heart? In Haggai, God rebuked His people for living in beautiful houses while His temple lay in ruins. Their misplaced priorities led to perpetual dissatisfaction—eating without being filled, earning wages that disappeared into purses with holes. The beauty of the rebuke is that the rewards of responding to it far outweigh the rebuke itself. Pastor Gene takes a deep dive into this truth this week.
