In this episode Shauna will sit down with Brooke Harley, Founder & CEO of ClassRebel, to discuss everything entrepreneurs need to know about fundraising. Before launching ClassRebel, Brooke Harley raised $32 million for her VC fund from 50 consumer industry founders, CEOs, and executives. She has evaluated hundreds of early stage companies in the consumer space.  Prior to her fund, Brooke worked as lululemon athletica’s Head of Business Development and International Operations, and prior to lululemon was an M&A attorney.  Passionate about companies with strong core values that inspire the world, Brooke has invested in and advised early-stage companies including Native Shoes, Cotopaxi and LiveKindly. Brooke holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall and an M.B.A from Ivey Business School at Western University.  Brooke currently resides in Vancouver and enjoys utilizing her pilot’s license for a literal bird’s-eye view of the city.
