The average entrepreneur who's started a business and went on to hire at least one employee is 42 years old. Humans have always been creative, and had adapt to their surroundings, and today is no different, the world is changing and is requiring adaptation. How society works and earns is changing in a similar fashion to when the agrarian and rural societies moved from the land to the industrial centers. Entrepreneurship is far more than starting a business, it's the ability to learn and adapt which is one of the most important skills to have in life.
