Gabbing about The Art of Humanity

from Uncorked with Funny Wine Girl · host Jeannine Luby

There are some people who you just connect with--no matter how long you know them or how you met. Gab Bonesso, comedian, mental health speaker, and children's performer, is one of those people for me. Ever since we met online 5 years ago, we've been able to talk--and talk and talk--about pretty much anything, which is why our conversations tend to go well over 1 hour. With that in mind, I've broken our conversation into two parts. This week we're talking about what I'll call the art of humanity: the fact that every person has a gift to share; there is art in everything.Gab and I also talk about some of our favorite comedians and Gab's performances in Pittsburgh and beyond. The other half of our conversation will be aired in May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month, because we touched upon many life stressors to our mental health and the importance of loving every part of ourself rather than judging or self-loathing.
