Gabby Ruffles

Gabby Ruffles joins the podcast and shares her expertise and knowledge all around dental hygiene and oral health. Gabby has worked in that field for many years and also speaks about how important it is for your health in general. I've known Gabby for over 20 years which we talk about High School and life afterwards. She also shares some stories about how it wasn't easy being a female at school and what she dealt with. It was so much fun having Gabby on the pod and it was so good to catch up with her after many years. She has achieved so much from someone who didn't like school to finding someone who has found her passion after school and excelled very well in her career. Gabby has a gorgeous little girl which she also talks a little bit about.
