Gabriela Trujillo: Founder of Alamar Cosmetics

from Girls Gone Boss · host Alex Pender & Gaby Ortega

Makeup artist turned entrepreneur, Gabriella Trujillo, launched Alamar Cosmetics in 2018. Born in Cuba, and raised in Miami, Gaby discovered her love for makeup thanks to her mom who was a cosmetologist. At 18, Gaby began her career as a professional makeup artist and hasn’t turned back since. At 25 she took the leap to launch her own line - and chose to marry her makeup artistry skills and cultural background. The brand was named after Gaby’s childhood neighborhood in Havana, Cuba. Her product line consists of two beautiful eye shadow palettes that speak to her native roots (but also Miami’s bold tropical lifestyle) - Reina Del Caribe Vol. 1 & recently-launched Reina Del Caribe Vol. 2. In this episode Gaby shares with us her entrepreneurial journey into the beauty industry and shares how her family legacy inspired her. You can keep in touch with her @gabyteemua and shop at @alamarcosmetics for your favorite products! Thank you for all of your continuous support! Keep sharing and following us @girslgoneboss! Love, Alex & Gaby
