所谓的认知，就是当事情发生的时候，根据你过去对于这件事情的经验及理解还有让你在当下会做出的判断，这就是认知。我们都知道男人来自金星，女人来自火星。面对同一件事情，男人和女人的想法是完全不一样的。如果不去沟通，永远都不知道对方在想什么。但很多人一遇到事情的第一反应不是沟通，而是让对方理解你或是认同你的观点。恰恰人与人之间差别最大的地方就在于信息差和认知差上
