Blattner discussed the United Nations, NATO & other international defensive alliances, FEMA, and his experience overseas and internally. Blattner was an onsite decision maker on use of force instructions in Washington, DC, on and during the aftermath of January 6th, 2021. In the shadow of the conflict in Ukraine, the timing of this show is extremely melancholic.
