Ambassador Philbert Aaron is the current Ambassador to the United Nations for the Commonwealth of Dominica. He is also the former Ambassador to Venezuela and is a long time Diplomat and leadership expert. He holds a Doctorate as well. We discuss his nation and it's concerns and priorities. We discuss the geopolitics of the Eastern Caribbean and a host of related issues. From agriculture to economic development to regional security, we had an open and frank conversation.
