Gauteng Human Settlements warns residents against groups and individuals claiming credit for housing allocations, stressing that RDP and BNG houses are allocated through an established, regulated system. The Department says no activist, organisation or individual can influence waiting lists or fast-track applications. The department says Residents are urged not to pay anyone for housing.
