一个好消息，一个坏消息！酸辣粉测评（下）

上期节目我们对九款热销的粉产品进行了检测，想知道这些酸辣粉里到底有没有真材实料？是不是真的“科技与狠活”？本期公布答案，用了一代测序和高通量测序两种方法。有的品牌标称红薯粉但实际上是木薯或土豆粉，还发现了一些意想不到的成分，技术虽复杂，但我们希望通过努力让它变得简单，希望更多人能了解这项技术，未来应用于食品安全鉴定中，守护大家舌尖上的安全。
