Retired US Army Lt General Mark Hertling joins Chris and Amy following attacks on Iran by the US over the weekend. 'I've got quite a bit if scar tissue from regime change in Iraq,' says Hertling. 'It's really east to start a war, it's a lot more difficult to end one,' reminds Hertling.
