He tells her that Odessa was a project to enhance Supes, and she can be more powerful than Homelander. Marie also discovers he is human. Meanwhile Harper tries to get Emma to control her powers without her harmful methods. Cipher discovers the break-in at his house and summons Cate to the fight; Marie and the group plot to get Cipher to confess on video that he's human with the help of Cate and Emma's group.
