Genco Method Coaching Beyond the Mind: Freeing Your Nervous System

In this course, coaches learn the different languages to access a person's mental, energetic, and somatic levels, allowing for a more holistic outcome for their clients. They learn to increase their sensitivity to become more holistic listeners and ultimately speak the language of the nervous system. Tijen offers an example of how she uses these methods in an actual coaching session, showing us how a client can be transformed through the power of choice. We discuss how the course is personally transformative as well. Through experiential learning, mentor coaching, and daily meditations such as Yoga Nidra, participants can engage more deeply with themselves and experience the healing and transformation that can result from this profound work.
