Thereafter, he started his career as  Clinical Assistant  in the department of critical care at Dr. L.H. Hiranandani hospital, Powai, Mumbai. Later on, he relocated to Bangalore where he worked as Junior consultant in Internal Medicine & Critical Care at Indus Westside Hospital. He has undergone training in  Infectious Diseases  from  Columbia Asia Referral Hospital, Yeshwanthpur  under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore . He  was  full time consultant in infectious Diseases , Internal Medicine and critical care  at Wockhardt  hospital, Nagpur between year 2013 - 2018. During this tenure, he also spearheaded Infection Control &  Antibiotic stewardship  program of  all the wockhardt group of hospitals in the country. He has expertise in management of  advanced fevers, complex Infectious Diseases, drug resistant tuberculosis, fungal Infections, HIV Medicine , adult vaccinations, Travel Medicine hospital acquired infections and institutional Infection Control.
