Should You Become a Generalist or Specialist in the Age of AI? Today's video came out of a coaching conversation around how to best approach learning as AI becomes more prevalent and disruptive. Does it make sense to "go wide" (generalist) building a broad base of knowledge and experience? Or are we best equipped by choosing to "go deep" (specialist) in a singular area?
