Generational Healing: How Tallia answered the call.

Generational healing is a powerful process of addressing and healing the unresolved trauma and patterns that have been passed down from previous generations. It involves acknowledging the impact of our ancestors' experiences on our present lives, identifying and releasing the negative patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that have been inherited, and creating new, positive patterns that can be passed down to future generations. Meet Tallia!  Her journey to heal her family's generational trauma is a courageous and transformative one. It involved  a lot of self-reflection, empathy, and the willingness to confront difficult emotions and experiences.   Tallia and I have been working together these past couple years by addressing and healing the patterns and wounds that have been passed down through generations. It’s been an incredible ride that I am honored to have a front row seat!
