【Genesis 15:17】

「And it came to pass, 　when the sun went down and it was dark, 　that behold, there appeared a smoking oven 　and a burning torch that passed between those pieces.」　　Amen. 　A smoking oven and a burning torch, needless to say, are God's signs, and a smoking oven is the fire of purification that burns away the garbage. The fire of the furnace is the fire of purification that burns away the rubbish, and a burning torch is the light of God that illuminates both sides, which is necessary at the time of the covenant. In our lives, too, we need a smoking oven , the fire of the Holy Spirit, and  a burning torch, the fire of God's grace, the light of God that illuminates our feet. 　May we live in the light of the Lord today....God bless you.   See you next week.
