【Genesis 34:30】

「Then Jacob said to Simeon and Levi, 　"You have troubled me by making me obnoxious 　among the inhabitants of the land, 　among the Canaanites and the Perizzites; 　and since I am few in number, 　they will gather themselves 　together against me and kill me. 　I shall be destroyed, my household and I."」　Amen. The story goes like this. Jacob had 12 sons and a daughter named Dinah. One day, Dinah went to a certain land. Shechem, the son of a powerful man, humiliated her. When her brother Simeon and Levi heard about this, they took revenge with a trick. Jacob's words at that time are today's passage. But I think that Jacob is responsible for this. He bought land near the city, was not careful in his dealings with the world, did not discipline his children piously, etc. As a parent, I want to be mindful of these things.
