Gericht untersagt Abschiebung von Rom nach Montenegro

Im Februar 2024 hat das Verwaltungsgericht Oldenburg eine Abschiebung eines Roms nach Montenegro untersagt. Ein Land das als sicherer Herkunftsstaat eingestuft ist.
