Thembisa residents have been left frustrated and stranded following the Taxi shutdown in the area. Taxi operators are protesting over the impounding of their vehicles, which are said to be unroadworthy.  The Harambe Rapid Bus system is also not in operation. These commuters say they have been inconvenienced, with some missing work. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to SABC reporter, Mbalenhle Mthethwa
