Get Involved! What It Means To Be Subject To Authority

Podcast template. Greetings, and may grace, mercy, and peace be multiplied to you. We will be in Titus 3 today. What did Paul mean when he instructed Titus to be “subject to authority”? Well God established the Church, Marriage, and Government for the same structural reasons. To be subject to authority doesn’t necessarily mean agreeing with the worldly views of career politicians, but being actively involved, through voting and pushing for change. In the same way, we should be active in the Church, and active in our families.  “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28 19-20 Don’t forget to pray for one another, especially during these uncertain times.
