Get Loud, Get Proud

Katie and Christie are getting to know what it takes to feel genuinely proud of themselves. Last week, February 16th marked the Full Moon in Leo; a time full of emotion, creativity, and of course, feeling proud. In this episode, Katie and Christie are embracing their most Leo qualities, namely pride and control of their own space. They discuss the stigma around feeling proud of yourself, how they qualify their own pride, and the role of inner and external factors in one's pride. They also talk about the conscious decision to speak up for yourself vs. defend yourself, as well as, conquering the fear of backlash in order to speak up more confidently.
