Join us as Brittany shares about her journey of getting back to her true self, and learning how to increase her self-worth and falling back in love with herself and her life!Here's a bit about Brittany!Hi Folks! My name is Brittany Roskelly, and I like to think of myself as a natural born comedian as well as a natural born giver of love, support, and a safe space to say literally ANYTHING without judgement.  I have yet to be jaw dropped, and I have  hair full of other peoples secrets- which will forever remain safe up in here.  I am a fitness/crossfit coach by choice, a momma of three daughters by chance, and a lover of all things that go against what "they" say we should do.  Who are "they" anyway? I would love to ask them some questions...because I think "they" are doing a lot of it wrong! lolIn my free time I love to spend time laughing my ass off, or dancing my ass off with my people OR completely secluding myself and going for late night walks with my horse dog and howling at the moon (figuratively of course!
