So many people currently thinking outside the box of organized religion used used to be very active in traditional leadership roles in the congregational format. What happens to those gifts such as teaching, music, leading or counseling when we are no longer engaged with the Sunday morning gathering or the institutions where we’ve most commonly seen them?
