Dr. Kurt Love Bio: Dr. Kurt Love is an educator, management consultant, and the founder of Aina Consulting. As the creator of the Humancentric Leadership Model (HLM) and the Community Thriving Spectrum, he helps organizations move past basic compliance into true human thriving. His data-driven systemic approach transforms workplace culture, proving that employee well-being is a paramount condition (and least understood) drives financial success. Dr. Love's philosophy is inspired by the Hawaiian concept of ʻĀina, treating organizations as living ecosystems that must nourish their people.
