Gina Gardiner & Friends with Christina Robinson on Show Up - Back You!
BELIEF WITHOUT A PLAN IS JUST A GOOD DAY. Christina Robinson works at identity level and execution level. Because the the thing holding you back in business isn't a marketing problem. It's a self-trust problem - the tactics are fine. In January 2025 a surgeon told her it was unlikely she would walk again. Her brain found one word: possible. Unlikely isn't impossible. That's the thesis everything she does is built on "I stay in the room until it's working." Website: https://showup-backyou.co.uk

Gina Gardiner & Friends with Helen Amery - You Are Successful & You Think You Have Everything, Right
My name’s Helen Amery and even before starting Wild Fig, back in 2014, I’ve had a passion for great leadership and great cultures. Now, my work removes internal interference so that being a founder under pressure doesn’t diminish your impact. I work with founders whose internal state has become a risk factor in what they want to deliver. They’re still externally achieving, but they’re also carrying a weight of responsibility and complexity that most people never experience. These people are founders who care deeply about how they lead. And who refuse to sacrifice their values, relationships, or integrity just to keep performing. This work didn’t come from theory For a long time, I lived inside the same paradox many of my clients now recognise. From the outside, I looked capable, composed, and successful. On the inside, I was running on pressure, over-responsibility, and self-control. I could lead. I could deliver. But the way I was doing it came at a cost. I was: Over-giving and under-receivingManaging myself constantly to avoid letting anyone down, and to avoid any negative thoughts, feelings or behaviours causing problemsCarrying responsibility that wasn’t actually mineHolding it together professionally while leaking pressure through reactions in personal relationships Although nothing was fundamentally breaking. Indeed people commented on how well I was doing. But I knew something was out of integrity. Website: https://wildfigsolutions.co.uk

Meet Tania Anderson: After graduating from American University in Washington, DC, with BA’s in Political Science and International Studies, Tania Anderson was hired as an international flight attendant by the iconic Pan American World Airways which set her on a course to explore the world’s continents. After Pan Am’s bankruptcy, Tania’s airline career expanded even more, to fly VIP charters, the White House press corps, convicts, film crews, refugees, military personnel, religious pilgrims, and medical transplant teams…..”everything” Tania admits, “Except rendition flights for the CIA!” In 1991, the USAF awarded Tania the Civilian Desert Shield and Desert Storm medal for Outstanding Achievement. During the First Gulf War, Tania flew troops close to the war zone under possible SCUD missile attack. In the 1990’s Tania lobbied on Capitol Hill as a volunteer for international human rights for “Those who do not have a voice.” In 2000, Tania joined the Screen Actors Guild and worked as an extra in films directed by Steven Spielberg, the Coen Brothers and Oliver Stone. She was also a “regular” on the popular TV series “The West Wing,” “Dharma & Greg,” and “The Practice” among others. In 2021, Tania worked flights transporting Ukrainian civilians to western Europe to learn how to defend their villages. Later that year, Atlas Air presented Tania with a Certificate of Appreciation for serving in Operation Allies Refuge, airlifting Afghani translators to America. In 2024, Tania’s first memoir, “On Butterflies’ Wings,” was published. It chronicled the anecdotes and diverse, cosmopolitan adventures she has experienced while living in seven countries out of the seventy-nine she has visited. Her love for writing was sparked while attending an exclusive, co-ed school in England. She recounted intriguing interactions with her extraordinary universal classmates, many of whom were princes or offspring of Hollywood celebrities. Currently, Tania is still in touch with lifelong friends from Millfield. Tania has also had the honor of meeting five American presidents, King Birendra of Nepal, President Nelson Mandela and Mother Teresa at her home in Calcutta. “Synchronicity – The Escapades Continue” will be the second memoir of the series. Tania is thrilled to become the host of “The Global Gratitude Show.” Her experiences will now come to life for an international audience. Gina Gardiner & Friends with Michael Brooke on The Power of Reflection Part 1
Meet Michael Brooke Born in Leeds, England, Michael Brooke moved to Canada in 1972 and took his first skateboard ride three years later and never really stopped. Over the next four decades, he built platforms across publishing, music, Xerox, television, nonprofit work, and systems thinking. In 1999, his book The Concrete Wave sold more than 42,000 copies and helped revive global interest in skateboarding history and longboarding culture. That work later led to Concrete Wave Magazine, which reached more than 100,000 readers worldwide and became one of the most recognized voices in the longboarding movement. In 2012, Michael founded Longboarding for Peace, using skateboarding to support reconciliation projects, blood drives, youth outreach, and awareness campaigns around wrongful convictions. Through partnerships and donations, the initiative distributed more than $300,000 worth of skateboarding equipment globally while helping connect young people through creativity, movement, and community. After selling his publishing business in 2018, Michael spent five years working in funeral services. The experience changed him deeply. Again and again, he encountered the same quiet truth: most regret does not come from lack of talent, but from drift, delay, disconnection, and living out of alignment with who we really are. That realization sent him into a deeper exploration of systems, judgment, human behavior, and the invisible patterns shaping people’s lives and organizations. Those years of research and reflection eventually led to the creation of The Inside Atlas and BridgeWave Magazine. These projects are designed to help people better understand themselves, each other, and the systems influencing their decisions, relationships, and sense of meaning. Today, Michael’s work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, communication, human potential, and practical wisdom. Across every chapter of his life, from skateboarding, publishing, nonprofit work, death care, and systems design, the through-line has remained remarkably consistent: helping human potential not get quietly lost. https://bridgewavemagazine.com https://theinsideatlas.com

Gina Gardiner & Friends with Kurt Love on Successful Leaders Take Care of Their Team
Dr. Kurt Love Bio: Dr. Kurt Love is an educator, management consultant, and the founder of Aina Consulting. As the creator of the Humancentric Leadership Model (HLM) and the Community Thriving Spectrum, he helps organizations move past basic compliance into true human thriving. His data-driven systemic approach transforms workplace culture, proving that employee well-being is a paramount condition (and least understood) drives financial success. Dr. Love's philosophy is inspired by the Hawaiian concept of ʻĀina, treating organizations as living ecosystems that must nourish their people. He targets the "grey space," the undocumented area where common leadership perception gaps tend to miss deep burnout, digital exhaustion, and toxic behaviors like workplace bullying. Dr. Love recently applied this framework by leading a diversity community study for Kittery, Maine, and conducting community reviews for five school districts across Massachusetts. Central to Dr. Love's work is helping businesses leverage their Employee Net Promoter Score as a major profit strategy. By replacing guesswork with real-time data, his six-stage leadership system captures a clear Thriving ROI. Engaged teams achieve higher profitability and greater productivity, while thriving employees are more likely to be high performers. His strategies eliminate the costly "quiet cracking" that drives up sick days, saving companies up to 200 percent of an employee's salary in avoided turnover costs. Furthermore, building a safe environment sparks a jump in innovation, while a stable team increases client trust and boosts sales conversions. The most important goal, though, is creating thriving workplace that bolster workers, rather than grinding them down...because adulthood is long and continuously demanding. In addition to his consulting practice, Kurt holds a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Connecticut. An Associate Professor at Central Connecticut State University since 2008, he teaches courses on sustainability, policy, and leadership. Kurt also serves as an elected member of the Ashford Board of Education. Links: http://www.ainathrive.org

Gina Gardiner & Friends with Bryan Yates on Running Is For Fugitives
About Bryan Yates If you're looking for a standard executive coach to optimize your workflow, I'm probably not the right fit. I don't come from HR or corporate theory. I come from Production. I'm a former Disney producer who coaches. That means I'm always moving you toward the version of the movie you're already playing in your head. You know the one. Not the idealized blockbuster, but the grounded reality where the dialogue is clear, the scene has purpose, and the other characters move differently because you are moving differently. I help you work backward from that vision to make it real. The Lens That Shapes My Work People don't hire me for my résumé. They hire me for how my experiences shaped the way I listen, the way I see, and the way I partner into their challenges. My capacity to do this was forged in some strange places: Working with thousands of Holocaust survivor testimonies at Steven Spielberg's Shoah Foundation trained me to listen for what's not being said. Leading creative and technical teams at Disney taught me how to deliver complex ideas with emotional clarity. Building (and eventually ending) a boutique fitness brand taught me how to navigate the fallout when business gets personal. My actual coaching career started on the road—as a cycling coach for executive athletes. I've ridden over 100,000 miles, often pulling others through climbs they didn't think they could finish. That shows up in my work now: Pacing. Pressure. Positioning. Knowing when to push and when to recover. More importantly, it taught me to read the body language of "I can't." I've learned that "I'm fine" usually hides a very different truth. Website: https://locomotivcoaching.com

Gina Gardiner & Friends with Dr Noah St John on Zero Friction
Noah St John https://noahstjohn.com I grew up poor in a rich neighborhood. (Yes, cliché, but totally true.) You see, I was raised in a little town called Kennebunkport, Maine—one of the wealthiest communities in New England—but my family was dirt poor. My earliest childhood memories are of my parents arguing. About what? You’re right—money (and the fact that we didn’t have any). I hated that life of poverty, fear, and not-enoughness. That’s why, from a very young age, I began a lifelong quest to answer the question: “What’s the secret of success that highly successful people are keeping from the rest of us?” One day I was browsing in my church bookstore when an audiotape set fell off the shelf and landed at my feet (I swear I’m not making that up). The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. I listened to it over and over again. I decided to become a speaker and author, so I could help people transform their lives around the world. But I didn’t know how to do that yet. Then in 1997, I had two epiphanies that changed my life… The first was “The Shower That Changed Everything” when I discovered my AFFORMATIONS® Method. You can learn more about AFFORMATIONS at Afformations.com My second epiphany was when I discovered the condition of SUCCESS ANOREXIA that causes self-sabotage and the “foot on the brake” syndrome.
