Girl Mogul by Tiffany Pham is an excellent (and affordable) book selection ... this is a practical look at how to look inward at who we are and learn to appreciate. This book was actually written for high school girl and young adults, however I have found that it was just what I needed and I am going to pass it along to my daughter or consider doing this book club again but for that age group.
