When your motivation is high, it makes choosing healthier easier, even if it’s the harder decision. When motivation is gone, we’d much rather choose that path of least resistance. When we're counting the cost to follow Jesus, it can be tempting to live like the rest of the world. When it’s all said and done though, we know that only following Jesus leads to life.
