Giving, Receiving, Flow

from Morgan Giddings Podcast · host Morgan Giddings

It’s about recognizing the architecture underneath how we’ve been conditioned to relate to money, support, and deservingness—and choosing something different.I’ve been sitting with the giving-receiving loop since last May. Picture an infinity symbol: giving on the left, receiving on the right. Most of us block the flow on the receiving side—we don’t believe we can just receive without earning it, without transactionality, without proof of worthiness. That block comes from something deeper: a feeling of brokenness we’ve been carrying, individually and collectively. When you feel fundamentally broken, you don’t feel deserving. And when you don’t feel deserving, you can’t actually receive. Here’s what shifted for me: I stopped chasing. I opened to receiving—not as a technique, but as a choice to let the architecture change. My business filled without heavy marketing. My mother, after decades of closed-arm refusal, started sending support. The flight changed exactly when I needed it to. This isn’t magic. It’s what happens when you stop operating from the transactional survival model and start trusting the reciprocal loop. Give your gifts freely. Receive without conditions. Let Universal Mind handle the matching. That’s the world we’re building—and it starts with each of us choosing it now. This is a public episode.
