God always welcome us, do we welcome Him?

Fr Simon’s draws from Matthew 10:37– on the spirit of welcome. While we often come to Church expecting God to welcome us, Fr Simon invites us to ask whether we are truly welcoming God in return.The Gospel challenges us to examine our attitude: Do we come to Mass only expecting a fast sermon, going through the motions or do we come ready to receive Christ fully?
