God designed us to learn from multiple ministers

God never designed us to receive all of our spiritual teaching and development from one minister. Throughout our lives, God will use different pastors, teachers, and ministers to contribute to our spiritual growth. One person may plant a truth in our hearts, while another helps us understand and grow in that truth. Each minister has a different assignment and gift, but it is ultimately God who causes us to grow.
