God is a Promise Keeper

Ever wonder if God will really keep His promises? Look at history: hundreds of prophecies about Jesus's first coming were fulfilled with stunning precision. Now Scripture tells us prophecies about His second coming outnumber those eight to one. If God was that reliable before, how much more can we trust what He's promised next? But before that kingdom comes, there's a day of reckoning when everything we've built in pride will crumble, and only God will be exalted. Here's the question: Do we actually live with this hope? When Jesus taught us to pray "Your kingdom come," He was asking us to long for His return. Are we praying for it? Meditating on it? Or are we so focused on today's battles that we've forgotten we're on the winning side? God is a promise keeper.
