Charles Spurgeon once said ”The word of God is like a caged lion. it does not need to be defended, it simply needs to be let out of its cage.” We aim to unlock the cage and unleash the scriptures from beginning to end to better grasp the authority, beauty and glory of God as He has revealed himself and His plan through the Holy Scriptures.Check our our Church website: https://cometolifebible.church/Download our mobile app:iPhone - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id6451267525Android - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.subsplashconsulting.s_N35VZCIf you want to support us Click the link below:https://secure.subsplash.com/ui/access/N35VZCThank you!

How to Fight for the Faith: Jude verses 20-25

What tools do you have to stand firm in your faith? The book of Jude closes with a powerful call to action: build on your most holy faith, pray in the Spirit, keep yourself in the love of God, and look toward the eternal hope we have in Christ. Jude also reminds us that reaching the lost is not one-size-fits-all. Some need compassion. Some need to be yanked from the fire. The most loving thing you can do is care about someone's eternity and use whatever it takes to point them toward Christ. And through it all, the greatest hope is not our own effort but Christ himself -- the one who is able to present us faultless before the presence of his glory. To him alone belongs the power, the glory, and the dominion forever. Amen. (Jude 20-25) #ContendForTheFaith #BookOfJude #BuildOnChrist #EternalHope #ChurchFamily

    Luke 4:1-13

Where do you turn when you are at your absolute lowest? In Luke 4, we see Jesus enter the wilderness for 40 days -- no food, no water -- only to face Satan himself at his most physically vulnerable. Yet every temptation was met with the same response: "It is written."   Where the first Adam had everything and still failed, the last Adam had nothing and still overcame. That is the gospel. His perfection covers our failure, and his victory can work through us when we get out of our own way.   As one famous atheist once said, if people really believed they had the cure for eternal damnation, he would expect them to say something. The question worth sitting with this week is simple: do our lives reflect what we claim to believe?   Join us as we dig into Luke 4 and what the temptation of Christ means for how we live, fight temptation, and share our faith.   #Luke4 #LastAdam #FightTemptation #LiveWhatYouBelieve #GospelLife

    Micah 5-7

What do you do when the enemy reminds you of your failures? Micah 7 gives us the answer: "I will look to the Lord. I will wait for the God of my salvation." Not because we are worthy, but because He is.   This week we walked through the book of Micah and found a God who asks a simple question of His people: what have I not done for you? From delivering Israel out of Egypt to sending His Son from Bethlehem, God's faithfulness has never wavered. Micah 5 reminds us that the coming Messiah would be born in a small agricultural town yet would be eternal, the ruler of peace who defeats every enemy.   The closing verses of Micah say it all. God pardons iniquity, delights in mercy, and casts our sins into the depths of the sea. His promises hold not because of who we are, but because of who He is.   #Micah #GodsPromises #HopeInChrist #BiblicalProphecy #FaithOverFear

Hold to the Truth: Jude 1:12-19

In his letter to the early church, Jude wanted to write an encouraging message about their shared salvation. Instead, he found it necessary to issue a warning — one that is just as relevant today as it was 2,000 years ago. False teachers were creeping into the church, using the name of Jesus to promote worldly living rather than godly living. Jude describes these influencers vividly: clouds without water, fruitless trees pulled up by the roots, raging waves foaming up shame. They cause division because they have no real connection to the source of life. His remedy? "Remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ" (Jude 17). The Word of God is our greatest defense against deception. When we are rooted in Scripture, we cannot be easily led astray by those who insert Jesus' name into worldly philosophies. Guard yourself with the truth, and you will be equipped to bring the real gospel to a world that desperately needs it. #BookOfJude #FalseTeachers #GuardTheFaith #RootedInChrist #RememberTheWord

Judgment, Restoration, and Hope: Micah 1-4

What happens when a nation turns away from God, choosing sin simply because it can? That is the sobering question at the heart of the book of Micah, where God's prophet delivers a message of judgment to both the northern and southern kingdoms of Israel -- a message that echoes loudly in our own time. Yet even in the harshest warnings, God's heart is not one of cold justice alone. He weeps over his people. He longs for their return. And woven through every word of judgment is a stunning promise: restoration is coming. A day when the nations stream to Mount Zion, swords become plowshares, and the Lord himself reigns in peace (Micah 4:1-4). The same message Isaiah proclaimed. The same hope we still hold today. Judgment is real. But so is redemption. And for those who belong to him, the final word is always restoration. #Micah #ProphecyAndHope #GodReigns #BibleStudy #ChristIsKing

Hidden in Plain Sight: Luke 3:23-38

What if the most boring passage in the Bible turned out to be one of the most powerful? That is exactly what happens in Luke's genealogy of Jesus — a list of names that reveals God's unbreakable plan stretching all the way back to Adam. From the curse placed on the royal line in Jeremiah to the way God worked through both Joseph and Mary to give Jesus a legal right to David's throne without the cursed bloodline, every detail was accounted for. God was never surprised. He was never outmaneuvered. He had been planning this since creation. That same God has made promises to you. Romans 10:9 reminds us that confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in his resurrection leads to salvation. His track record is perfect. His plans always come to fruition. You can trust him. Fight against Enemy Invasion: Jude 1:5-11

What happens when false teaching creeps into the church? In his letter, Jude warns believers with some of the most sobering examples in Scripture -- from Korah's rebellion in Numbers 16 to the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah -- reminding us that God still judges between the righteous and the guilty, no matter where they sit. Jude points to three dangerous patterns: works without faith (the way of Cain), religion pursued for personal gain (the error of Balaam), and the rejection of God's ordained authority (the rebellion of Korah). These are not just ancient problems -- we are watching them unfold in the 21st century. The good news? The head of the church is Christ himself. His words are clear -- faith in him is what saves (John 3:16, Romans 10:9). Scripture is the objective standard, and it is enough. Do not let ecclesial anxiety or false voices pull you away from the simplicity of trusting him. #BookOfJude #FaithOverWorks #TrueAuthority #ChurchWarning #ScriptureAlone

    Luke 3:1-22 Preparing the Way

"Repentance isn't just a change of mind — it's a change of everything. Your heart, your lifestyle, turning from what the world wants and toward what God calls you to be." — Luke 3 reminds us: bear fruit or face the fire. He must increase. We must decrease.

Contending For the Faith: Jude 1:1-4

What if the most loving thing someone could do is tell you the hard truth? That is exactly what Jude does in the opening verses of his short but powerful letter. He wanted to write an encouraging message about salvation, but instead felt compelled to sound an alarm -- because truth, delivered with compassion, is love. The church in America has seen a staggering decline. Christian identification has dropped from nearly 90% in the 1970s to around 65% today, with church membership falling below 50% for the first time in history. Jude faced the same battle in the first century, warning that false teachers had crept in and were leading people away from the faith once delivered to the saints (Jude 1:3-4). The answer is not compromise. It is a return to the real story -- a Creator who entered his own creation, suffered, died, and rose again to offer us eternity. That message is worth contending for. Jonah

What if running from God only proved you could never escape His purpose for your life? That is exactly what Jonah discovered. Sent to preach to Israel's greatest enemy, Jonah fled to the farthest corner of the known world — only to find that God's mercy reaches further than our rebellion. The book of Jonah is far richer than a story about a fish. It is a picture of sacrifice, burial, resurrection, and baptism woven into the Old Testament — pointing forward to Christ centuries before the cross. And at its heart is a question God still asks us today: is it right for you to be angry? Join us as we explore how Jonah's journey challenges our priorities, our prejudices, and our illusion of control — and how 120,000 people came to know the Lord because one reluctant prophet finally obeyed. #BookOfJonah #SignOfJonah #Repentance #GodsPurpose #NeverOutrunGrace

    Promise Keeper: James 5:13-20

Life is not always easy, even when you are faithfully following God. The early church knew this firsthand, and James wrote to remind scattered, persecuted believers of something powerful: God has always kept His promises. From Elijah's drought and restoration in 1 Kings 17 to the faithfulness you have witnessed in your own life, the past proves that God does not change. James 5:13-18 calls us to pray in suffering, sing in joy, seek prayer when we are sick, and confess to one another. The Christian life is lived together, not in isolation, and every believer carries the ability to turn someone from darkness toward life. Even in difficulty, we are not praying to a distant God. We are praying to one who suffered Himself, and who keeps every promise He has ever made. He was a promise keeper then, He is one today, and He will be one tomorrow. #GodIsFaithful #BookOfJames #PrayerChangesThings #PromiseKeeper #ChurchFamily

    The Book of Obadiah

Ever wonder what happens when nations mock God's people and reject their cries for help? The book of Obadiah—the shortest in the Old Testament—delivers a powerful answer. This tiny book tells the story of Edom, a nation that stood by and even celebrated when Jerusalem fell. They captured fleeing refugees and handed them over to their enemies. They chose pride over compassion, mockery over mercy. God's response? "Your reprisal shall return upon your own head." And history proves it—the Edomites were completely wiped out, just as prophesied. Here's the stunning truth: Edom's destruction foreshadows what awaits all nations on the Day of the Lord. God always keeps His promises—both of judgment and restoration. Israel is back in the land, just as predicted. What God says will happen, happens. The question for us today: Are we standing with God's purposes, or are we standing on the sidelines mocking what we don't understand? #BookOfObadiah #GodsJudgment #ProphecyFulfilled #DayOfTheLord #FaithfulGod

    Simeon and Anna; Luke 2:21-38

Simeon and Anna spent YEARS faithfully seeking the Messiah—and when they finally saw baby Jesus, they didn't make it about themselves. They simply pointed everyone to Him, then faded into the background of history. Simeon had been promised by the Holy Spirit that he wouldn't die before seeing the Christ. So he showed up at the temple day after day, actively looking. When Joseph and Mary brought Jesus for dedication, Simeon held Him and declared, "My eyes have seen your salvation" (Luke 2:30). Anna, an old widow who spent her days in prayer and fasting, immediately began telling everyone that redemption had arrived. Their legacy? They're remembered not for themselves, but for pointing others to Jesus. What if we lived that way—so focused on Christ that we become background characters in a story that's all about Him? That's a life worth living. #ForgottenHeroes #SimeonAndAnna #PointToJesus #ChristmasStory #Luke2

Seek God and Live: Amos 5-9

"I was no prophet, nor was I a son of a prophet, but I was a sheep breeder... Then the Lord took me and said to me, go prophesy to my people Israel." Amos wasn't looking for a platform. He was a simple farmer who answered God's call to speak truth in dark times. His message? The door is still open. "Seek me and live" (Amos 5:4). Israel had traded justice for injustice, righteousness for self-serving religion. They were comfortable in their sin, silent in the face of evil. Sound familiar? Yet even in judgment, God's promise remains: "I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob" (Amos 9:8). The same God who holds the plumb line—the unchanging standard of truth—is the God who promises restoration. He doesn't grade on a curve, but He never breaks His promises. The millennial kingdom is coming, where mountains will drip with sweet wine and His people will finally be home. No Room at the Inn; Luke 2:1-20

The universe declares God's glory—yet at conception, all that glory fit into a single cell. Mary's womb had room for the King of the Universe, but when Jesus was born, the world had no room for Him at the inn. This is where the rejection of Christ begins—not at the cross, but in a manger. The wealthy and religious turned Him away, but the lowly shepherds recognized their Savior and worshiped Him in a food trough. They knew they needed Him, not just relief from Rome, but salvation from themselves. 2,000 years later, we still tell this story while Caesar Augustus is forgotten. The question for us today: Will we make room for Jesus in our hearts, or will we be too full of ourselves to recognize the King? Don't miss the Savior when He comes. #ChristmasStory #LukeGospel #MakingRoom #HumilityOfChrist #ShepherdsWorship

    Living for Eternity: James 4:13-5:12

What are you really building your life on? This week's message from James 4:13-5:12 challenges us to examine where we've placed our trust—in the temporary comforts of this world or in the eternal promise of Christ's return. Just like a farmer who tills the soil and plants seeds but waits on God for the rain, we're called to actively prepare for Christ's return while trusting Him completely. The apostle James reminds us not to boast about our plans for tomorrow, but instead to say, "If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that." Our hope isn't in our bank accounts, career plans, or earthly security—it's in Jesus. The question is simple but profound: Are we living with the expectation of Christ's return? Are we cultivating the land around us, planting gospel seeds in the lives of others? Patiently waiting doesn't mean standing still. It means working with purpose, knowing that the Judge is standing at the door. Trust in Christ. Live expectantly. Pursue the eternal. #TrustInChrist #BookOfJames #EternalPerspective #ChristsReturn #FaithInAction

The Shockwaves at the Birth of John the Baptist: Luke 1:57-80

Before Jesus took His first breath on earth, the gospel was already being proclaimed! In Luke 1, we witness Zechariah—silent for nine months—finally speak, and his first words? Blessing God and prophesying about salvation through the remission of sins. Here's the beautiful truth: Jesus' story doesn't begin in Bethlehem. It's been written from eternity past. Zechariah preached about Christ's coming, His sacrifice, AND His return—all before the Messiah was even born. The eternal God stepped into time so He could fully relate to us, yet He remains infinitely greater than we can comprehend. What a reminder that when life gets hard, we can trust God's eternal plan. Like Zechariah, even after nine months of silence and uncertainty, we can emerge praising God for what He's accomplished. The story was always bigger than we imagined. #EternalSavior #GospelOfLuke #BeforeTheManger #GodsEternalPlan #ZechariahsProphecy

    Humility: James 4:1-12

When we approach God in prayer, are we asking Him to serve us—or are we seeking to serve His will? James 4 cuts straight to the heart: we often ask wrongly, seeking to spend blessings on our own pleasures instead of aligning with God's kingdom. The gap between our righteousness and God's holiness is a chasm we cannot cross on our own. That's why we desperately need the cross. Pride separates us from God, but humility opens the door to His grace. "God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble." Here's the beautiful truth: when we draw near to God, He runs toward us with open arms—like the father welcoming home the prodigal son. We don't deserve to stand before a holy God, but through Christ's righteousness, we're clothed in His perfection. That's not just good news for us—it's a message the whole world needs to hear. Stop playing the comparison game. Humble yourself before the only One who truly deserves your worship, and receive the grace that changes everything. #Humility #James4 #GodsGrace #DrawNearToGod #TheProdigalSon

    The Book of Amos 1-4

God has been speaking. The question is: are we listening? This week we dove into the Book of Amos, where God sends a shepherd to warn a prosperous nation that success doesn't equal blessing when hearts have turned away. Israel was thriving—expanding borders, growing wealth, military victories—yet worshiping false gods and ignoring the prophets God sent. Sound familiar? God's warning through Amos is clear: "Prepare to meet your God" (Amos 4:12). This isn't just ancient history—it's a message for us today. Are we so busy performing religious rituals that we've forgotten to actually love and pursue God? Are we prepared for Christ's return, or are we like the five virgins who ran out of oil? God has been faithful to fulfill every prophecy with precision. What He promises, He delivers. The question remains: Will we listen before judgment comes, or will we wait until it's too late? #BookOfAmos #PrepareToMeetYourGod #PropheticWarning #ReturnToGod #AreYouListening

The Incomprehensibility Humility of the Incarnation: Luke 1:39-56

The God who holds the universe in the span of His hand chose to enter our world as a single cell. Before Jesus took His first breath, before He had a heartbeat, He was already holding all of creation together while developing in Mary's womb. Luke's Gospel reveals something breathtaking: worship of Jesus began before His birth. Elizabeth recognized Him. John the Baptist leaped for joy in the womb at His presence. Mary magnified the Lord, calling the One she carried her Savior. This is the most humble act in all of history—the eternal God stepping into time, into human development, into our brokenness. We can't comprehend the incarnation fully, but the more we grasp who Jesus truly is, the more we love Him. He didn't just die for us—He became one of us in the most vulnerable way possible. That's the gospel that changes everything. #Incarnation #LukeGospel #KnowJesus #WordMadeFlesh #Truth

    Wisdom From Above: James 3:13-4:6

How do we measure true wisdom? It's not found in worldly success or recognition, but in humility before God. This Sunday we explored James 3-4, discovering that the wisest among us aren't those seeking applause, but those serving with "meekness of wisdom." We're called to let God's Spirit transform us from the inside out. The truth is simple but challenging: friendship with the world means enmity with God. We can't earn righteousness through our own efforts—we can only receive it through Christ. God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. When we stop trying to sit on the throne of our own lives and submit to Him, that's when real transformation begins. Are you ready to embrace humility and let the Holy Spirit work in you? The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. #Humility #JamesStudy #WisdomFromAbove #Transformation #SpiritualGrowth

    The Book of Joel

The book of Joel delivers a powerful message: even in the midst of judgment, God's mercy is always available. "Yet even now," declares the Lord, "return to me with all your heart" (Joel 2:12). This ancient prophecy speaks directly to our present moment, reminding us that we live in the last days when God is still pouring out His Spirit on all who call upon His name. Joel paints a vivid picture of both coming judgment and ultimate restoration. While the "day of the Lord" brings accountability for sin, it culminates in Christ's return and eternal peace. The promise is clear: "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Joel 2:32). This isn't just Old Testament history—it's the gospel message pointing us to Jesus. God doesn't delight in judgment; He is "gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love." The time to respond is now. Don't wait for tomorrow to get right with God. He desires to restore what's been lost and dwell among His people forever. #DayOfTheLord #BookOfJoel #GodsRestoration #CallOnTheLord #LastDays

    James 3:1-12

Can you control your tongue? James 3 reminds us that "no human being can tame the tongue" - it's a restless evil that reveals what's truly inside us. When pressure hits, what comes out? When you squeeze an orange, you get orange juice. When life squeezes you, your words reveal your heart.   Here's the truth: trying to control your speech won't work. Real transformation happens from the inside out. We can't perfect ourselves, but Christ can sanctify us through His Spirit. As Romans 12:2 says, "be transformed by the renewal of your mind." When the Holy Spirit dwells within, what flows out when we're under pressure is His love, not our flesh.   God hates a lying tongue and those who sow discord (Proverbs 6). But He offers us something better - complete transformation through Christ. Stop trying to manage your words. Start surrendering your heart. The only way to clean speech is a clean heart, and only Jesus can do that work.   #TamingTheTongue #JamesChapter3 #InnerTransformation #HolySpiritPower #HeartChange

    Hosea 9-11

Ever feel like you're running back to the very things God freed you from? This week's message from Hosea chapters 9-11 cuts deep—revealing how Israel repeatedly chose false worship over the God who rescued them from Egypt. Sound familiar? Here's the beautiful tension: God has every right to unleash His full judgment. He's not "safe" in the comfortable sense—His power is fierce, His holiness is real. Yet in the midst of deserved punishment, we hear His heart break: "How can I give you up? My compassion is stirred."  God's judgment is real, but His mercy runs deeper. Like a lion's roar that both warns and calls His children home, God disciplines those He loves—not to destroy, but to restore. Even when we're unfaithful, His faithfulness remains. That's not a God to take lightly, but it IS a God we can trust completely. He is not safe, but He is good. #HoseaProphecy #GodsLove #FaithfulGod #DivineRestoration #BiblicalTruth

  28. 383

    Hosea 6-8

Have you ever noticed how a campfire needs constant attention—another log, a stir of the coals—to keep burning? But what if your desire for sin burned so hot it fueled itself all night long without any help? That's the sobering picture God paints through Hosea. Israel's idolatry was an all-consuming fire that needed no stoking. They mixed worship of God with pagan practices, reached out to foreign nations instead of their Creator, and forgot the One who had always been faithful to them. God wasn't after more sacrifices—He wanted their hearts. The warning echoes to us today: whatever we reach out for in this world will never satisfy like God can. He desires mercy, not empty religious rituals. He wants relationship, not performance. The good news? Even in judgment, God promises restoration for those who return to Him. Where are you reaching today—toward the world's solutions or toward the heart of God? #Hosea #ReturnToGod #HeartOverRitual #TrueWorship #GodsRestoration

Consistent and Intentional Faith: The Life of Daniel

When everyone else bows to the world's pressures, will you stand? Daniel and his friends were teenagers when they were torn from their homes and thrust into Babylon's palace. Surrounded by pagan culture, offered the king's finest food and wine, and pressured to compromise their faith—they drew a line. They chose vegetables over delicacies, prayer over popularity, and God's truth over the king's decree. Their secret? Faith wasn't their response to crisis—it was their daily practice. When Daniel faced the lion's den, he simply did what he'd always done: opened his window and prayed. His consistent devotion became his greatest strength, and even his enemies could only attack him for how faithful he was to God. Your daily choices create ripple effects. The faith you build today prepares you for tomorrow's battles. Don't wait for the fire or the lion's den to start following God wholeheartedly. 31. 380

    Hosea 4-5

When things are going well, do we drift from God? The book of Hosea reveals a sobering truth: Israel's greatest blessings became their spiritual downfall. The more they prospered, the more they turned to false gods, forgetting the One who gave them everything. God's judgment came not from cruelty, but from love—allowing them to experience the consequences of their choices so they could finally see their need for Him. Like the prodigal son, they had to wander before they could return. But here's the hope: "Come, let us return to the Lord, for He has torn, but He will heal us" (Hosea 6:1). Are we letting comfort make us spiritually complacent? Sin takes captive when we don't turn away from it. But restoration is always God's plan for those who return to Him. After judgment comes redemption. After the cross comes resurrection. After our wandering, He waits to welcome us home. #BookOfHosea #SpiritualComplacency #GodsRedemption #ReturnToTheLord #DivineLove

    Future Promises: Ezekiel 33-48

We just wrapped up our journey through Ezekiel, and the message is clear: even in judgment, God's heart is full of hope and promises for His people. Ezekiel watched his dreams of serving as a priest crumble when Jerusalem fell. Yet God gave him something greater—a vision of what's to come. A true Shepherd who seeks the lost. A restored nation. A coming King who will reign forever. That Shepherd is Jesus, and He's coming back for us. The bottom line of prophecy isn't just about puzzle pieces fitting together—it's about being with Him. Jesus, who spoke creation into existence, took on flesh to die for you. And He's promised to return. The question is: are we ready? Have we allowed the Holy Spirit to shape us into who we want to be when He comes back? That's the hope Ezekiel leaves us with. Living as First Fruits of God's Kingdom; James 1:9-20

Every trial we face isn't meant to break us—it's designed to strengthen our faith. In James 1, we discover a powerful truth: God doesn't tempt us, but He does allow trials that build perseverance and draw us closer to Him. Here's the reality check: when we give in to temptation, it's not God's fault—it's ours. But here's the beautiful part: the cross is always waiting. Christ's sacrifice means we don't have to stay stuck in guilt. We can get back to Him that much quicker when we stop pointing fingers and look in the mirror. We are the "first fruits" of God's kingdom—living proof of what's to come. Whether rich or poor, influential or quiet, our true wealth isn't what we have here. It's the eternal life we've been given through Christ. That's worth celebrating. That's worth pursuing. Swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger. God was patient with us. Let's extend that same grace to others. #JamesChapter1 #Perseverance #FirstFruits #ChristianFaith #EternalLife

The Departure of Glory: Understanding God's Judgment and Redemption in Ezekiel

What happens when God's glory departs? In our latest study of Ezekiel, we wrestle with one of Scripture's most sobering moments: "The glory of the Lord departed from the temple." For centuries, God warned His people. He sent prophets. He pleaded for repentance. Yet hearts remained hard. Ezekiel didn't just preach—he acted out God's message through dramatic visual aids. Why? Because the people had stopped listening. Sometimes we need to see truth, not just hear it. His strange actions—laying on his side for days, cooking bread over cow dung, shaving his head—all pointed to the devastating consequences of ignoring God's voice. But here's the hope: judgment isn't the end of the story. After judgment comes redemption. The same pattern we see throughout Scripture culminates at the cross, where all our deserved judgment was paid in full. No debt remains. Only restoration awaits. Are we listening today, or have our ears grown dull? Join us as we continue exploring Ezekiel's powerful prophecies and discover what they mean for us now. #Ezekiel #GodsJudgment #BiblicalProphecy #Redemption #SpiritualWarfare

Life is hard. Whether it's health crises, financial struggles, or watching loved ones suffer, we all face trials that test us to our core. But what if these difficulties aren't obstacles to our faith—but opportunities to develop faith that actually functions? This week we explored James 1:2-8, where Jesus's own brother tells us to "count it all joy" when we face various trials. Not because hardship is good, but because testing produces patience, and patience builds functional faith—the kind that works when life hits you hardest. We need faith that prepares us for real-world battles, not just theological debates. The most powerful testimonies aren't about easy lives—they're about God's strength made perfect in our weakness. When we ask God for wisdom in our struggles, He gives it liberally. The question is: will we let our trials refine us, or will we miss what God is doing in the midst of our pain? #FaithThatFunctions #JamesChapter1 #StrengthInWeakness #CountItAllJoy #FunctionalFaith

    Hosea 1-3

Ever feel like you've been unfaithful to God? The book of Hosea reveals a stunning truth: we ALL have. Through the prophet Hosea's heartbreaking marriage to an unfaithful wife, God paints a vivid picture of Israel's—and our own—spiritual adultery. God commanded Hosea to marry Gomer, knowing she would betray him, just as Israel betrayed God by chasing after false gods and idols. Yet in the midst of judgment comes an incredible promise: redemption. Hosea bought back his unfaithful wife at the price of a slave, foreshadowing how Christ would buy us back with His blood. The message is clear: whether Jew or Gentile, ancient or modern, we've all fallen short. We've all been unfaithful. But Jesus paid the price to redeem us. His death brought us new life, just as Methuselah's name prophesied judgment, and Hosea's life prophesied restoration. You were bought at a price. You are loved. You are redeemed. #Hosea #BiblicalProphecy #Redemption #UnfaithfulButLoved #GospelTruth

Bitter Sweet Prophetic calling of Ezekiel 1-3

Ever feel like God's plan for your life took an unexpected turn? Ezekiel trained his entire life to serve as a priest in the temple—only to be taken captive to Babylon before he could fulfill that calling. Everything he worked for seemed lost. But God had a different plan. In the midst of captivity, Ezekiel encountered the glory of God in an overwhelming vision and was called to be a prophet. His message? Speak truth even when people won't listen. God told him plainly: "Whether they hear or refuse, they will know that a prophet has been among them." The words were sweet as honey in his mouth but bitter in his stomach—because truth is both beautiful and costly. Here's the challenge for us today: Are we willing to share God's truth even when it's uncomfortable? God told Ezekiel that if he failed to warn people, their blood would be on his hands. We live under a new covenant, but the Great Commission still calls us to speak up. The fear of an awkward conversation is nothing compared to standing before a holy God knowing we stayed silent. #ProphetEzekiel #SpeakTruth #GreatCommission #FearOfGod #BiblicalCalling

Beyond the Grave: Living for a Mission Bigger Than Ourselves

Have you ever wondered what it means to be part of something bigger than yourself?   In this powerful message, we discover how the mission of God extends far beyond any one person's lifetime. Through the story of Elijah and Elisha in 2 Kings, we see how God's eternal purpose continues through generations. Just as Elisha completed the mission given to his mentor Elijah—anointing Hazael and Jehu as kings—we too are called to carry forward the Gospel message.   The question is: are we giving our whole hearts to the task, or are we settling for half-hearted effort? We have the complete Word of God at our fingertips, the story of Jesus' life, death, and resurrection—yet how deeply are we diving in? The mission isn't about us; it's about pointing others to the One who offers eternal life. Let's be part of God's incredible, eternal story together. #MissionOfGod #ElijahAndElisha #WholeHeartedFaith #EternalPurpose #2Kings

In The End Times: Daniel 12

Daniel 12 reminds us that God's promises are absolutely sure. Just as the prophecies in Daniel 11 came true exactly as predicted, we can trust that the end-times prophecies will unfold precisely as God has declared. Here's what struck me most: we're called to "occupy till He comes." That means doing business for the Kingdom until Christ returns. It's not about predicting every detail of the timeline—it's about faithfulness right now. Are we loving God with everything we've got? Are we making disciples and caring for the needy? Daniel was told to "go your way till the end" and promised his place in God's kingdom. That same promise is available to us. The question is: what are we doing with what God has given us? When Christ returns, will we hear "well done, good and faithful servant"? Keep serving. Keep loving. Keep occupying until He comes. #DanielProphecy #OccupyTillHeComes #EndTimes #FaithfulServant #GodsPromises

    The Book of Lamentations

The book of Lamentations shows us one of Israel's greatest prophets, Jeremiah, weeping over Jerusalem's destruction—losing his poetic structure by the final chapter because the pain was simply too much. Here's the powerful truth: it's okay to not be okay. It's okay to tell God when you're angry, confused, or devastated. Jeremiah held nothing back, and right in the center of his grief, he found hope: "Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning. Great is Your faithfulness" (Lamentations 3:22-23). When life shatters your composure, don't hide behind religious language. Pour out your real heart to God. He already knows what you're feeling. The question is: will you be honest enough to let Him meet you there? Like Jeremiah, we can pray, "Turn us back to You, O Lord, and we will be restored." #Lamentations #GodsCompassion #HonestPrayer #GreatIsThyFaithfulness #BiblicalGrief

    Daniel 11

History isn't random—it's written by the hand of God. In Daniel 11, we see God's detailed knowledge of the future unfold with stunning accuracy. From the rise and fall of empires to the tyranny of Antiochus Epiphanes, every prophecy came to pass exactly as predicted. But here's the powerful truth: even in the darkest moments of history, God's promise remains—evil only lasts "for a time." Antiochus desecrated the temple, but the Maccabees fought back and God miraculously sustained the light. The future Antichrist will rise, but Christ will return as King of Kings to defeat him forever. No matter how dark our world becomes, our Redeemer is coming. Evil doesn't get the last word—Jesus does. When He returns on that white horse in Revelation 19, every knee will bow and His kingdom will reign eternally. Are you ready for the King's return? #Daniel11 #Prophecy #KingOfKings #ChristReturns #HopeInDarkness

    The Book of Jeremiah

Ever feel like God's asking you to do something impossible? Jeremiah sure did. Called as a young man to deliver the hardest message imaginable—that judgment was coming to Jerusalem—he watched as everyone rejected him, mocked him, and even plotted to kill him. Yet he couldn't stop speaking God's truth. Why? Because God's word burned in his heart like fire. Here's the stunning part: even in judgment, God's mercy shines through. After 70 years of exile, He promised restoration. And beyond that? An ultimate restoration when the Messiah sits on David's throne forever. The same God who kept His promises to bring His people back to Jerusalem will keep His promise to restore all things through Jesus. When God's truth burns in your heart, you can't hold it back—even when it costs you everything. Because the message is too good, and God is too faithful. #Jeremiah #GodsWord #PropheticTruth #FaithfulGod #MessiahIsComing

When God Makes a promise and eternal consequences: 2 Kings 7

When God makes a promise, He keeps it. Period. In 2 Kings 7, four lepers discovered an abandoned enemy camp—not because of Israel's military might, but because God caused the Syrian army to flee in terror. The prophet Elisha had promised the famine would end, and it did. Exactly as God said. Good food at low prices flooded the starving city overnight. But here's the sobering truth: one officer saw the miracle with his own eyes yet never tasted it. He died trampled at the gate because he rejected God's promise despite overwhelming evidence. Some people will always find an excuse to reject God, no matter what they witness. The question for us: Will we "go and see" like those who sought God's promise? Or will we reject the evidence for the excuse? The cross is real. The resurrection happened. Salvation is offered freely. Don't just believe THAT it's true—believe IN it. Put your faith in Jesus and receive the new life He offers. #GodsPromises #Faith #TrustGod #2Kings7 #Salvation

    Resurrection Sunday 2026

The despair of Friday is over. Death couldn't hold our Lord, and because of that, it has no power over us! This Easter, we explored Luke 24 and discovered something breathtaking: when the women arrived at Jesus' tomb, they found two angels standing beside the empty burial spot—just like the cherubim on either side of the Ark of the Covenant's mercy seat. The sacrifice was complete. The presence of God is now with us forever through the risen Christ. Jesus didn't just appear to comfort His followers—He opened the Scriptures from Moses through the prophets, showing how everything pointed to Him. And when He broke bread with the disciples on the road to Emmaus, their hearts burned within them. Does your heart burn when God's Word is opened to you? The resurrection isn't just historical—it's personal. Every shame, every guilt, every debt has been paid. You can live in freedom and hope because He is risen indeed! Now we get to share this life-changing message with a world desperate for hope. #HeIsRisen #ResurrectionSunday #EasterHope #Luke24 #EmptyTomb

    Good Friday 2026

The story you thought you knew just got deeper. This weekend, we celebrate the holiest days on our calendar—Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday. But did you know Jesus's entire journey was foretold centuries before through the life of Joseph? Joseph was betrayed by his brothers for silver, falsely accused, and sentenced to prison alongside two criminals—one redeemed, one condemned. Sound familiar? Between them sat Joseph, just as Jesus hung between two thieves. The cupbearer (wine) was restored in three days. The baker (bread) faced judgment. In the middle was the suffering servant who would become the ruling king. Joseph's brothers rejected him, yet their rejection led to the salvation of nations. Israel rejected Jesus, yet that rejection opened the door for the world's redemption. Your debt has been paid. Every ounce of guilt, shame, and judgment—satisfied on the cross. There's nothing left for you to owe. This is our hope. This is our mission. The harvest is coming in. #GoodFriday #EasterWeekend #JosephAndJesus #SufferingServant #RedemptionStory

    Spiritual Warfare and Daniel 10

Ever wonder what's happening in the spiritual realm while you're praying? Daniel chapter 10 pulls back the curtain on an incredible reality: spiritual warfare is real, and our prayers matter more than we know. Daniel fasted and prayed for 21 days—and discovered that God sent an answer from day one. But a spiritual battle raged for those same 21 days before the message could break through. The "prince of Persia" withstood God's messenger until the archangel Michael joined the fight. This isn't mythology—it's the unseen war over nations, regions, and even our own communities. What if the spiritual darkness in your city isn't just random? What if consistent, strategic prayer could break strongholds that keep people blind to truth? Daniel teaches us that persistence in prayer isn't pointless—it's partnering with heaven's army in the battle for souls. Maybe it's time we took spiritual warfare as seriously as Daniel did. #DanielChapter10 #SpiritualWarfare #PowerOfPrayer #PersistentPrayer #AngelicRealm

    Sola Scriptura

How do we know what's truly Scripture? And can we trust the Bible alone as our authority? This week we concluded our Five Solas series by diving into Sola Scriptura—Scripture alone as our infallible rule of faith. We explored the powerful truth that Jesus Himself affirmed the 39-book Old Testament canon, holding the Pharisees accountable to "what is written." The early church fathers like Augustine and John Chrysostom taught that Scripture is our ultimate standard, not human tradition or institutional authority. Here's the remarkable part: we don't need a church hierarchy to tell us what Scripture is. The New Testament writers affirmed each other's writings as Scripture—Peter acknowledged Paul, Paul quoted Luke, and the direct disciples of Jesus gave us the foundation we can trust. What's written in God's Word is sufficient to equip us completely for every good work (2 Timothy 3:16-17). The gospel unites us across denominational lines. If you agree with Scripture, you're standing on solid ground. #SolaScriptura #ScriptureAlone #FiveSolas #BibleTruth #ReformationTheology

Soli Deo Gloria: To the Glory of God Alone

During the Reformation, the church rediscovered a foundational truth: Soli Deo Gloria—to God alone belongs the glory. Our salvation isn't achieved through institutions, traditions, or our own efforts. It comes through God's grace alone, by faith alone, in Christ alone—all for His glory alone. The early church understood this. When human traditions create obstacles between us and God, we've lost our way. But the truth remains unchanged: God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He alone is our Savior, and worship belongs to Him alone. Are you resting your hope in yourself or in the only One who can save? Salvation glorifies God because it reveals His mercy, His goodness, and His unmatched holiness. #SoliDeoGloria #FiveSolas #Reformation #GodsGlory #SalvationByGrace

Hope in the Dark Times: 2 Kings 6:24-7:2

Sometimes the breakthrough you're praying for is just one day away. But will you have the faith to hold on? This week we explored 2 Kings 6-7, where Israel faced their darkest hour under siege. Famine drove people to unthinkable desperation. The king blamed God's prophet instead of turning to God in repentance. Yet in the midst of accusation and darkness, God promised: "Tomorrow, the famine ends." The tragedy? Some gave up just before dawn broke. They couldn't wait one more day for the miracle that was already on its way. How often do we do the same—losing hope right before God's answer arrives? The same God who loved you enough to send Jesus is the same God walking with you through your darkest valley. Your breakthrough may be closer than you think. Don't give up. The payoff is worth the wait, and hope is on the way. #FaithInDarkTimes #HopeIsOnTheWay #2Kings #DontGiveUp #TrustGod
