God is like GPS

Have you ever wondered which way to go? If you’re like me, you certainly have. And if you’re like me, you have relied on your own knowledge to decide. What if I told you that you can take the guessing out of knowing what to do and where to go? That is exactly what I am telling you. You never have to guess or wonder again.How is this possible? With God of course!In Proverbs chapter 3:5-6, we are told that if we trust God with all our hearts, we don’t lean on our own understanding, and we acknowledge God in all our ways, then He will direct our path.  I’ll bet you are thinking that having God direct your path requires that you are a good person or that you are more pious than you are ready to be?  That is not the case at all. God gives us a very simple plan for getting Him to direct our path. We are to Trust God with all our hearts, not think we know the way, and act on the knowledge we have of Him. (That is literally what acknowledge means- “act on the knowledge”) Trusting God to direct our path is easier than using a GPS because the destination is pre-programmed! Besides, if man can figure out how to get us from point A to point B,, certainly God can! Thanks for tuning in.
