Hana is a business owner in Iraq. He has a desire to create networks of Christian entrepreneurs in his home country, and to develop projects that provide jobs and support ministries. In this podcast he shares his journey into business. Hana was raised in a Catholic family and experienced a profound transformation when he was eighteen years old. He started his business in 2018 after working for many years in non-profits. His journey from employee to business owner was challenging, particularly due to his internal struggle with transitioning from the non-profit to for-profit mindset. Over time, he realized the value of business in serving society, especially through job creation, and shifted his perspective on the role of business in God's kingdom.His company, which focuses on consulting and business development, now employs 12 people. He experienced changed lives in his company, and emphasizes the importance of providing job opportunities and how businesses can serve the community.
