Praise the Lord, welcome to God's Place Ministries. It's such an honor again to be here, my beautiful wife Shannon. And just to talk about the Word of God and what he's done in our lives. And the Bible says it first would be last and last to be first.

And we're perfect examples of that. The last people that anybody would ever think would be preaching the Word of God. And myself, I came from a family of murderers, stone cold killers, and drug addicts. And it's amazing what God can do.

And that's what he does. He takes the foolish things of the world, confirm the wise. And myself, I was a drug addict for many years and had many generation curses and had a spirit of anger and hatred. And so, but you know, when the Bible says he does in Christ, there's a new creation that all things pass away.

And behold, all things become new. And God's replaced the anger and with love. And it's amazing how God is. That's one real reason that I know I'm saved is because when people come against me, adversity come against me, people persecuting the Bible says, if you live God, you shall suffer persecution.

And I just feel nothing for love. But love for people I've been spit on. And it's amazing. But it's not my love.

It's Jesus. Who's manifested in me, spit on threat and attacked. And all I feel is God's compassion for these people knowing that they're just lost and they need to know the Lord. And they're just God's lost people.

And that's a perfect way of showing the love of God. You know, the Bible says if you have not loved, then you don't have God because God is loved. And you know, when people come against you, it's easy to love somebody that's being good to you, but the ones that come against you, the Bible says pray for enemies, pray for the ones that despise us, pray for the ones that hate us and the ones that use us. But you know, when you show them love, when they're coming against you, then they know that that's not a natural thing.

It's a supernatural. It's a grace of love of Jesus Christ. So God brought you a long way, too. And your past is amazing.

You know, where God has brought you from and let you show you what God has done for you. Yeah, just thanking God for the grace of God. Because once that his son had offered us, we all, grace appeared to all men in the salvation. We've all got that opportunity to call upon the Lord and be saved.

And as a child growing up, I would allow things to dwell and manifest them in my mind. And I know it was ready to my heart. You know, and things that I had experienced through child abuse and just feeling neglected and unloved and just seeing drugs that come in and out of the house and fought in and all kinds of types of rage and anger and all that. You know, I would hold captive and I would allow that to manifest and I would dwell on that.

And it's like I just couldn't, as I would grow older, it would just manifest more. I couldn't forget it. And so, and that's how we all do. We allow things to take strongholds in place in our life where eventually it consumes us and it brings forth, you know, all these different emotions and feelings and hate and unforgiveness and bitterness.

And most of all, we're confused because we're not understanding even as a child, especially why we have to suffer those things, you know. And so as I grew, you know, as I grew older, I started using drugs because I wanted to numb those things that was affecting me. I didn't want to deal with it. I just wanted to cover it up, you know.

So eventually, you know, God, he saved me from that. And that was the first step the Bible tells us, you know, first John 1-9, if we confess our sins and his faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all in righteousness. I had to realize that, you know, I was forgiven through the blood of Christ, you know, through what he did on the cross that, you know, that I could be worthy enough to be forgiven because of Jesus Christ. And the Bible tells us, you know, that we're, we've got to go through a process of renewing our mind, you know.

And I go back to that, you know, Lot's wife, you know, you know, God, he destroyed the whole city of Sodom and Gomorrah, you know, because of the ungodliness, the wrath of God come upon that town. And, you know, Lot and his family, I think it was Lot, his wife and his two daughters, you know, God was, they were considered, you know, righteous, you know, into God and God, they were going to be, you know, escaping the corruption. They were going to be saved. They were going to be spared, you know, and that's, you know, but Lot's wife, she can't forget the former things.

She kept looking back and it turned into a pillar of salt, you know, and that's what we've got to do once we receive Jesus, you know, once that, you know, we get saved, we cannot look back. We've got to forget and know that God has forgiven us because, you know, we, and that's something I had to get out was that root of condemnation out of my life. And condemnation, it brings a lot of guilt and a lot of shame and like I said, just things that you just keep looking back on and keep reflecting on and keep going back to. And, you know, God, He wants to do a new thing, you know, the Holy Spirit, it's a refreshing thing.

It's the presence of God to make you free from all that. I'm going to read a few scriptures that the Lord had given me as I was, you know, praying and studying on this, just, you know, forgetting the former things. Philippians 3, 13, it says, brethren, I count not myself to apprehended, but this one thing I do forgetting those things that were which are behind and reaching forth into the things that were before. I press toward the mark for the prize of a high calling.

See, we've not apprehended it yet, you know, the Bible says those who endure to the end shall be saved. Once you get saved and once you receive the Spirit of God, you've got to go and you've got to walk in that spirit, the Bible tells us to walk in the spirit, not for the rest of the flesh, but we've got to continue to walk in God's word. We've got to continue to be saved. We've got to put on the armor of God and know how to fight the enemy in His tactics, you know, because those only who endure to the end shall be saved.

And that's why, you know, Pastor Paul talks about forgetting those things that are behind and reaching forth the things that are before, you know, it's like an endurance that, that you have to spiritual endurance, like a marathon endurance that you've got to have. And the only way that you can do that is spiritually. And then the Bible tells us in Isaiah 43, 18, remember not the former things are needed to consider the things of old, you know, he that's in Christ's new creation, old things pass the way we hold all things become new and all things actually got to become new in the spirit of God. And we've got to put down the old man and crucify the flesh.

We've got to crucify the old man. The Bible tells us in Romans 6, 6, knowing this that the old man is crucified with him, that henceforth we should not serve sin. Right there, you know, you become, you know, a servant to God's will, to God's righteousness, and not to sin. You know, that's why you got to get in the Word, because the Bible tells us, you know, in Luke 5, 37, that no man put new wine in old bottles.

It says, else the new wine will burst and the bottles will be spilled and the bottles shall perish, but new wine must be put into new bottles. We've got to get a new mindset. You know, we've got to cast down imaginations and every high thing that exotics self against the knowledge of God. We've got to bring those captive, but then we've got to let them go.

We've, you know, we can't keep dwelling on negative thinking because, you know, the power of the Holy Ghost, it regenerates us. It's the power of the Holy Ghost that's the Bible says in Ephesians 4, 23 and being renewed in the spirit of your mind. You know, that's being renewed is allowing that spirit to regenerate you and to give you a new life, you know, and Acts 1, 8, but you should receive, you get the power whenever you receive the Holy Ghost because the Bible tells us when you receive the power, when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. That's how you know you've been saved because you feel the presence of God.

You feel that, that newness in your life. There's hope in your life. There is, there's victory, you know, God, He will, He will compel you to go and do things for, for people that, you know, you used to, wouldn't have done, you know, your enemies to bless others and to love others. And like you were talking about earlier, God replaced that anger with love.

And that's what He wants to do. He wants to take all those old feelings and all those old natures, old sinful natures, those old roots and put in new seed, put in the word of God, you know, the Bible tells us the fruit of the spirit is love, it's joy, it's peace, it's goodness, it's gentleness, it's temperance, it's faith, you know, and that's what God did for you. You know, it's replacing that, not saying that, you know, God, He just wants to pluck and root out, you know, the evil seeds, but God wants to put, you know, crust in us and He wants to manifest in us. The Bible tells us, you know, that, you know, God's word is our wisdom, you know, it's our instruction for everyday living.

That's the only way that, you know, we can keep on a straight and narrow path is through God's word and His instruction. This is, what do you always say Bible stands for basic instructions before leaving earth? And that's exactly what it is. It's wisdom.

God will correct you. But it's a good thing if you're feeling corrected because it's the conviction of the Holy Spirit. And that means you're being drawn by His Spirit. And you know, you're not turned over to a reprobative of mind or He's not seen that strong delusion, you know.

And also, you know, you'll want to start God because you're more dedicated to Him because He first loved you and it just makes you love God. You just love God more, you know. It realized how many times that He, you know, you felt so in love and so unworthy and once that He comes and He makes a home in your heart, you know, and God, He's with you and He never forsakes you. You know, I think a lot of times people are so, they're caught up with their past and they think God won't forgive them, that that was a liar.

And He wants to let them know that, you know, God, you know, God don't want them and the devil will lie to them and deceive them and say, hey, you've done too much wrong. And you know, you look at Saul, you know, that was killing Christians and had a letter to Damascus to take Christians and persecute them and, you know, myself, I mean, I hate talking about my past, but I do it to let people know that, you know, if God can forgive us and forgive Saul and He can forgive anybody, you know, I was a bunch of 17, 18 years old, I wouldn't even don't have to be in a bar and I seen people's eyeballs knocked out and I seen people's throats cut and people shot and I've done a lot of horrible things and a lot of that I was involved with and just it makes me sick today to think about, you know, the things that the enemy had used me for. But you know, that's part of, you know, that's what Jesus came to seek and saved those who are lost. And you know, praise the Lord that, you know, there's no unforceive, a forgiven sin but by saving the Holy Spirit.

And so, you know, God, no matter what you've done, God will forgive you unless you know, except for by saving the Holy Ghost. And so murderers and sex offenders or whatever it might be, you know, God is a loving merciful gracious God and that's the reason that He died on Calvary upon a cross. The forgave us, He said, if you confess your sins, He's faithful just forgive you and clean you from all in righteousness. And I heard you talking about, you know, spirits that manifest and they dwell when you dwell on something, when you think about something, it's clinically proven that if you think about something for a minute, it automatically becomes an emotion.

So what happens when the devil brings up your past and he will use, you know, people as tools to bring up your past and throw up your past. It's a strong hold. It's a spirit that wants to keep you down. But you know, that's why we need to know the Word of God and knowing that, you know, that our life cast them down and knowing that we are new creations and then we are children of God and the Bible says, obviously, she brought about a mercies of God that she presents your bodies, a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable, which is a reasonable service.

And he said, be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. And so what we got to do, we got to focus, see wherever your mind is, where you'll be. If your mind's in the ghetto, you're living the ghetto. Yeah, that's what I had wrote down right here.

You know, it's talking about setting our mind, you know, on the things above and not the things of the earth, for Christ, on the right hand of God. It's a set your affections on the things of Jesus, you know, and that's part of the feelings is the affections. That's what affections are, you know. And that brings me to think about Noah, you know, if we set our mind on just serving Christ, I'll be seated by the mercies of God that she presents your bodies a living sacrifice.

So it's only reasonable for us to give our bodies and our lives. The Bible says he didn't find his life, so he'll lose it, but he'll lose his life for my sake, so find it. And so once we give our lives to Christ, we're brought with the Christ. And then, you know, God sends us out to go minister and to tell people, be witnesses to people what God has done for us in our life.

And, you know, if we're busy serving Lord and doing what God's called us to do, which the Bible says in Matthew 9, 37, that the harvest of plenty, but the labors are few. If we're totally focused on doing God's will and God's work, we don't have time to think about our past, amen, which the Bible says, hey, he says he cast our sins as far as he eats us from the west to the depths of the sea. You know, God don't bring them up. He don't remember them no more.

So, and so what if somebody else brings them up, it's just a devil anyway. And so, you know, we're not supposed to think about these things. You know, all we have time to think about is what God has called us to do. Noah, you know, God told Noah to build an ark, you know, he had to gather up the food.

He had to go preach the gospel to the whole world and let them know the world is going flood. You know, he had to gather up all the animals. And so, you know, he didn't have time to even think about anything but doing God's will. And that's where we need to be.

We need to be thinking about doing nothing but serving God. The Bible says you're brought with the price, being not served as a man, but being a serving God. And so, that needs to be our mindset every morning we wake up that we're here. We're brought with a price.

We're here for a purpose and the purpose is it's been building the kingdom of God. The Bible says in Matthew 6, 33, to seek you first to kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added into you. Literally, if I thought about my past, I would never be able to move forward because my past is so horrible, you know. But God has, that's behind me.

And now all I've got to do, I've got to think about, you know, I can't change the past. It's done. It's that chapter is closed. The only thing I can do is try to do better today, try to serve God, try to help all the people that I heard.

I can help, you know, three times the many people that I heard, you know. I want to help, I want God to use me to help so many people and let them know that if God can change me and give me a new mindset, if God can forgive me, the horrible things that I've done in my life, then he can forgive anybody, any will, and he wants to. And once we receive, once we receive this forgiveness and we realize that God loved us right where we're at, the Bible says in Luke 7, 47, that he had been forgiven for much, we love him much, amen. And so, it really, you know, it's what I love about just bad people.

I would rather preach to just a royal center than somebody who's been in church most of life and think they know it out because these people, these centers, they realize that when God gets a hold of them, they completely been changed. You know, God's in their heart and their mindset has changed and it lets them know they become extremely... Like a pastor Paul, he was a pastor. Like a pastor Paul, a chief.

And look at his patterns, you know, he's doing miracles and doing God's work and suffering for his name. You know, we've got to get our new mindset because the old mindset is like the Israel Lot's in the wilderness, it's just doing the same thing, expecting different results and all it is is bad results and most of all it's a spiritual death, you know, because you know, the Israel Lot's they murmured and they complained and they kept going in circles and doing the same thing over and over and over and that's why we've got to do new things, you know, we've... We're supposed to grow from glory to glory. The Bible tells us that we're supposed to grow into the holy temple of God.

You know, we are supposed to abide more with God. The Bible tells us we must decrease so he can increase and you know, and also he tells us but the things that were gained to me, I can't loss for Christ. You know, if any man come after me, let him take up his cross, deny himself and follow me. And we've got to...

We've got to count it all off, you know, because to live his Christ to die has gained, you know, to live for the Lord is everything. The Bible tells us the greatest commandments to love him with all of our heart and mind or soul and our strength. And that's how we grow into the temple of the Lord is loving him because the more that you love him, the more that he's going to abide and you'll abide in him and you'll keep his commandments. The Bible says this is how, you know that you know me if you keep my commandments.

He says this is how you know that the love of God is perfected in you by keeping his word. And that's what we've got to do. It's set her mind. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 16, 3, commit thy works unto the Lord and the thoughts shall be established.

And that's, you know, that's forgetting the past. And the way that we can put the past to death is crucified on the flesh. And I think that's what Paul meant by dawn daily, you know, was he had to crucify his flesh because he knew that every day there was temptation. And the Bible tells us that we've been crucified with Christ.

Nevertheless, I live not yet I, but Christ that lives in me in the life I live now. I live through faith with the Son of God who loved me and he gave himself for me. There's no more condemnation to those that are in Christ Jesus who walk after the Spirit and not the flesh. Let go of the guilt and the shame.

And that's something I couldn't let go for a while, even as a new Christian. And I knew it was a process in the renewing of the mind. It's like I was saved, but my mind wasn't completely saved, you know, had to go through the furnace of fire and had to be purified and get them purities out. Well, I heard you say you was saved.

And that's the key word. John 3-3 says you must be born again. And once you're born again, I mean nothing changes. Amen.

And the key word to be conned, it's death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. And once we're born again, the Bible says in 2 Corinthians 6 verse 17, he said, come out amongst them. Be separated to the Lord, touch another unclean thing, and then I will receive you. And he said, then I will be your Father.

You'll be my sons and daughters of the Lord, I'm not even having these promises. Let us clean yourself from our filthiness of the Spirit and the flesh perfecting holiness in the fear of God. So once we're truly born again, we have got to, it's not a religion. It's not just going to church.

It took three times a week. We had a testimony last night at church. The lady said that, you know, she got saved at a young age and she thought we're just going to church. You know, there's, there's, obviously needed to do, but once she came to God's place church and she was taught that she has to build a relationship with Jesus Christ.

And that's what it's all about, is getting O God. And the Bible says in 1 John 2, 6, if you're abiding Him, He will be in you and you will learn to walk, He will walk as He walks. And that's where we all become new creations because when God abides in us, then we start feeling the love that we were talking about earlier, the compassion, you know, for one another, just a burden for the loss and start loving people. The Bible says, the number one in grace and commandment is to love God to your mind, your your soul and your strength.

And the very next is to love that neighbor's Iself. So when you're really seeking God and He starts to manifest in you, you will feel the love that God has for the least of the, for everybody, for your neighbors, for your enemy. You just can't help but to love because of the manifestation of Jesus Christ. Because He loves us all.

You know, we've all seen, we've all felt short of glory of God. And so many people is a condemned to other people for the sin that they live in, but sin is sin. I mean, if you're, you know, one's not no worse than the other. It's all equal in God's eyes.

And so it's not our job to condemn people. John 3, 16, God's the love of the world that He gave His only begotten Son, who should ever believe Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Jesus didn't come to the world, he can be in the world, but through Him, the world might be saved. So once we give our lives to Jesus, we're not supposed to condemn one another, we're supposed to love one another.

We're supposed to show the same love that God showed us. And God showed me love when I was unlovable. He showed me love when, when really nobody else was, they seemed like everybody I'd burn on my bridges. Nobody else was out there for me.

But God loved me right where I was at. He loved me when I was a crackhead, a junkie, a thief, a liar, a fauna cater, a brawler. I've seen, I've cursed God. I've betrayed Him.

I've made him promises. But you know what, through all that, He loved me anyway. And that's why I'm here today because I couldn't fight Him. It's a God-pay love that I never, it took me for years to understand that.

I said, God, if since you love me the way you do, I really want to get to know you. I want to love you back. And that's when I asked God if I could just get addicted to Him and to do in His will, to do in His work. Like I was the things in the world we could get something done.

And that's why I'm here today because I love the Lord. And I want to serve the Lord. I want to be pleased. I'm not here to try to be pleased in the men.

The Bible says He put us in the trust with the gospel. That we not speak pleased in the men, but pleased in the God. And so some things that God has me to preach is not comfortable. It's not what everybody wants to hear.

It's not pleasing to men. Paul said in the book of Galatians in chapter 1 verse 10, if I seek Him, please me. I should not be a servant of Christ. And so that's what we got to do.

You know, God needs more people to rise up and truly commit their self to the Lord. I like that scripture you said, commit their ways to the Lord and you shall establish your thoughts. When we commit our ways to the Lord and our works to the Lord, then He will take care of our thoughts. And you know, our thoughts will become His thoughts.

We'll have the mind of Christ, amen. And then literally all day, that's the mind of Christ is in my mind. All day, it's nothing that I've done. You know, just being obedient to God by spending time again in relationship and letting them about in me.

Everywhere I go, everything I do, it crosses gotta be involved. You know, when I pull up at a K-more or Walmoor or whatever, if I pull up at Waggles to get a love of bread, or maybe a tank of gas, you know, I realize that everything is divine. It's a divine appointment for me to be at Waggles. And the Lord will always, there's always somebody there that's lost that's going through the same thing that God pulled you out of that you just need to give them a word of encouragement, let them know that Jesus loves them.

Maybe somebody's got some change in their hand and instead of judging that person and say, he's a drunker, he's a drug addict, you know, by himself to eat, you know what I'm saying? But that's how we show the love of God. I mean, you'll never lose anything by helping somebody that's poor, the boss and blessed he that considers the poor, they'll be delivering the time of trouble and their days will be lengthened. He also says those who turn their ears to the poor, she'll cry also and not be heard.

So you know, it's so important and I know that that's where God has called us to. God's given us a couple of houses that we lease to bring people in, to teach people, to disciple people, people, some of these people. We've had murderers, we've had sex offenders, and that's really, that was the odd one for me at first, because I actually had a kid that was molested, you know, years ago in the and I did some terrible things during that situation. But God has now, He lets me realize that these people that's got these sins in their life, they're just lost.

They're not wrestling against flesh and blood. This is spirit, this is demons, that's in these folks, that's causing these horrible things that happen in their life. And they need to be delivered, they need Jesus, they need to, and that's what God has caused us to do, is lay hands on them and cast out demons, and to lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. And there's so much more in the word of God that God has called His Christian, His children to do that we're lacking in.

And that's what the Bible says in the book of Timothy that people will have a form of godliness, but they did not have the power thereof, so you had something you just want to say. And so, we all need to step up and really put the world behind us and all the worldly things and let our focus be on nothing but Jesus Christ, doing His will, doing His work. And so we need to come together, you pray for this ministry, and if there's somebody out there that's really working for people, that's sowed out, that's really loves the Lord of the whole heart, that's what we pray for right now, that God will send people that will sell out and just do nothing but be God's disciples. And so God wants to raise up an army right here in Austcytinesia and just turn the city upside down in Jesus name.

But we have to, the Bible says if you deny yourself, take it across and follow Him, then He will bless you and He will manifest. Pray for this ministry, thank you for your time, thank you for tuning in to Numbers on the stream, give us a call. God bless you. Remember, the Bible says in the book of John chapter 3, verse 3, that you must be born again.

And being born again means that you ask God to come in your heart and save you from your sins. The Bible says if you confess your sins, he is faithful and just forgive you and clean you from all in righteousness. And now it means your life don't belong to you no more, it belongs to Him. And the Bible says trust God be a whole heart and not the lean on your own understanding.

Knowledge Him in all ways and He says we can God your past. Now it's time to get a relationship with God by reading and praying, seeking God be a whole heart each and every day of your life. The Bible says the number one greatest commandment is to love God with your whole heart, your mind, your soul and your strength. Thank you for tuning in to God bless you.
