Hello, it's Pastor Tim. We're here today to ask you to pray for this ministry and we don't come to you often. We never ask for anything, any money or don't need to take up an offer net to church. But we have a need today in the building that we're in, they're selling the building.
And of course, all things work together to the good to those of the Lord. God is really blessed. It's overflowing. Sometimes it's so crowded, people that drive, they come in, there's all places to sit, they turn around and leave.
And we're in a small building and even the children's class, the people have to walk through the class to go to the restrooms. And God is doing it so much through that place and through God's place, as far as being the homeless on Saturday nights and raising up to the sopos. We're having three nights a week. We have an extreme to the sopos of class of money, not people that's willing to give up, you know, into their self out and give their whole life to the Lord.
And praying and fasting and we're seeing miracles. But it is time for God to move us forward. And the building that we're looking at, it's a three level building that has a house attached. And today we're not asking for anything but to pray.
And if God lays it on your heart to sow into this ministry, we're going to be over on the outside of Magnolia. And our goal is to have the, you know, a lot of times in during the summer times when kids can't go to when they're not at school, they have a lot of times they have nothing to eat. And our goal is to have it open, you know, during the summer days for the children in the community, if they're hungry, they can combine and get something to eat. Of course, there's a lot of needs.
We've raised close to 100,000. The building is around 265,000. And there is some work that needs to be done to some of the building. But it's ready to move in.
And so that's what we're asking for today, if you would help pray and see what God would have to do and be led by the Spirit. But if he would place it on your heart, the numbers on the screen and most of all, just keep praying. And we give God all the honor and glory for what he is doing in God's place of ministry. Thank you.
Praise the Lord. Welcome to God's place of Jesus' ministry. It's always an honor to be in the presence of God. It's just awesome to see the other people of God.
And just sharing the gospel of the Lord, you know, been praying about what the Lord had me to speak to his people about today. And you know, so many times that we meet people and they say, well, you know, I don't go to church. I used to go to church, but I felt judged or, you know, a lot of people have been hurt in church. And you know, it made me think about even my life when I gave my life, but first before I get into that, I want to read the scripture here.
It's in the book of John chapter 12, starting in verse 46. And Jesus said, I am come a light into the world and that whatsoever, believe on me, should not abide in darkness. He said, if you may hear my words and believe not, I judge him not. For I have not came to judge the world but to save the world.
And he rejected me, received not my words, had one to judge him. And the word I spoke to him, the same shall judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken to myself but the Father, which had sent me, gave me a commitment what I should say and what I should speak. And this commitment is a life everlasting.
So whatsoever I speak, therefore, even as the Father said to me, so I speak, Father, we just thank you for your word and we ask you to send it forth. We know it will accomplish what you said it out to do. Lord, we just ask the Lord to bless the folks out there listening today in Jesus name, amen. And so you know, Jesus tells us, he come as a light into the world, amen.
And so if we're abiding in the Lord, then we should be a light as well, amen. He said, if we're abiding in him, he will be abiding in us and we'll walk as he walks. But I see it in a lot of these people that's judging and speaking by it or talking about it. And I can relate to that because when God called me to preach, praise the Lord, he changed me.
He delivered me. I went from a crack head to a preacher overnight. I mean, I'm just being honest with you. And a junkie.
And so the Lord had really revealed itself to me. And I saw the light like I never saw before. And God had really, the Bible said he's in Christ as a new creation and old things pass away and behold all things become new. And God transformed me.
I was a new creation immediately when he changed my life. But I remember that he called me to preach and I asked God, I need you to show me. I don't want to come and fit coffee from the devil. I want to know that I know that you called me.
Amen. I don't want to do this on my own. I believe there's too many people out there doing that now. But God revealed it to me that he did call me to preach.
So I started going to about every church I'd ever been to talking to pastors and telling people, you know, God has called me to preach. And they just look at me and put their head down and check their heads. No, I mean, I actually had them just bluntly. No, God didn't call you to preach.
He was a crack head, a junkie, a drug addict, you know, 30 days ago. And you know, I said, you know, I don't care what I was 30 days ago. I've been redeemed. You know, God has delivered me.
I'm a new creation. So, you know, Jesus said in John 3 16 that God's loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, who should ever believe on him, should not perish but have everlasting life. But then in verse 3 17, God didn't come to come to the end of the world, but through him the world might be saved. So, you know, that's what we got to, you know, these people that's judging, that just means they're not walking with God.
They don't have the manifestation God, the Bible of God. The Bible said that the good tree can't bear bad fruit, a bad tree can't bear good fruit. And so, you know, but once we get saved church, you know, it's a, you know, it's, you know, there's that's being saved as a first step. You know, a lot of people think, well, I'm saving you.
I believe in Jesus. I've always believed in you, but I finally, you know, I made the commitment to asking the Son of my heart and, but a lot of people forget about asking him to be Lord of my life. You know, just because you've asked God to come in your heart and you believe there's a God, don't mean that you're saved. Amen.
You've got to let God has given you the ability, He has given you the power. He has the power to save you, but in order for him to save you, you've got to, you've got to follow Him. And that's why He says, you know, He that, He that not take it up the cross and to not Himself and follow Him daily is not worthy of Him. You know, so many times we see people, you know, the Lord has got, you know, all over His throat, the throat that He allows me to drive is, you know, Jesus is coming, Jesus is the way, you know, there's some hard core scriptures, a whole Zephyr four six that my people store from my acknowledge and also look, I praise God, so I'm saving 11, the Lord is angry at the week and every day.
And so repent, the kingdom got us a hand and people just say, oh, I'm saved by grace. Like that's just, I'm saved by grace. It's not by my good works. And of course, it's not by your good works.
But if you're saved, that means that God, you know, He came to save us. He come to seek and save those are lost. But what happens is it's kind of like, you know, I've used this illustration before. It's like this is Jesus, in the beginning was a word word with God, word is God.
So this is a living molecule, the words is just Jesus cross Himself. And so it has the power to forgive you for your sins, Jesus through this word, amen. And so when you confess your sins, the Lord is fighting just forgive you and clean you from all the righteous. But when you do that, it has the power to keep you from sinning.
And that's how we know that we're saved. Or, you know, it really bothers me, it hurts my heart to see that so many people think that they're on their way to heaven and they're living a sinful life. And you know, that's not the word of God. The Bible says to be holy because he is holy.
But it explains to us in the word of God that there'll be many false prophets and there'll be many false teachers and many shall follow to furnish his ways. And the way of the truth will be he was spoken of. And you know, I see it, it's sad to say, you know, most of the time I turn on the television, you don't hear people talking about repentance. You don't hear people talking about obedience.
You're not here, people talking about, you know, just really following Jesus, walking with God. You know, everybody wants to talk about how one of what's going to be when we all get to heaven. But unless you're walking with God, you're not going to make it, amen. And so, but people say, well, I'm saved by grace.
But, you know, in the book of Titus in chapter 2 verse 11, he said, for the grace of God, it brings salvation, he had appeared to all men to teach us to not ungodliness and worldly lusts that we should live soberly, righteously in Godly in his present world, looking for that blessed hope, glory's appearing over great God and our Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all iniquity and purify him to himself, particular people's jealous of good works. So that's what grace is about, is to teach us to not deny ungodliness and that we should live soberly, righteously in this present godly, in this present world. So that's the grace is, you know, the fact that Jesus, that God gave his only begotten Son, that we can receive the spirit that Jesus walked in, amen. The same spirit, it kept Jesus that walked his arif for 33 to 30 years, it's available to you and I, that we can have that same spirit walking that spirit, but we have to continue in our fellowship with God.
But in order to receive that spirit, you have to repent. We have to, you know, that's the whole thing of asking God to come and save you. I tell people all the time, you know, God can't come in because you're twofold of yourself, amen. We have to empty yourself out to really deny ourselves.
We have to die to ourselves in order for God to move in. God's not going to move in until unclean temple, the bobs of these calls to holiness and not unclean to say, amen. So, you know, the Bible says in Psalms 7, 11, again, God judges the righteous and God is angry at the wicked every day. So once we receive Christ, then we, you know, he tells us to follow him.
He tells us if we love her son or daughter or mother, father, and we're not worthy of him. He tells us if we not take up the cross, deny ourselves every day, we're not worthy of him. He tells us if you don't, he said he didn't find us off, we'll lose it, but he loses life, we'll find it. He warns us in Matthew 7, 13, that straight as the gate narrows away, the broad way we leave the destruction, he immediately will go there at, but straight as the gate narrows away that he's left, and very few people will find it.
And you can see, I mean, just because people go to church, amen, I know very few people that's actually walking with God daily. I mean, I know actually a very few people that I see that you can't see no fault in, and that's really the way that we're supposed to be. You know, people, you know, you look at the book of Daniel, before that, you know, they're already middle-aged in. The king said, we can find no fault in Daniel, only the God that he serves, amen.
And so, the Bible says to be unblameable, I mean, pure holy, the Bible says in Matthew 5, 8, the only pure in heart will see God. So, you know, God is, he's there for us, he's there to help us, he's a refuge. The Bible says in Psalms 46, 1, God is a refuge, and he's your strength and a very present, helping in time of trouble. So, he's there, he'll never leave us for a sake, but that's what he wants.
He wants our whole hearts. He wants everything that he said, the number one greatest commandment is the love of the Lord, that God with your whole heart, your mind, your soul, your strength. So, who cares if people judge you? You know, when you serve Christ, the Bible says, hey, if you live God, you shout, you shout, suffer persecution, amen.
He didn't say you might, he said you would. And Lord, I mean, I've seen that, I've been hit head on in my truck, amen. I've been cussed at, lied on, but you know what, I come to all joy, the Bible says he suffered Christ, let him not be ashamed by the glory of God in his behalf, amen. So, that's when God truly gets the glory.
When the enemy, when adversity comes against you and you can still raise your hand and praise God, thank you, Lord. You know, I look at it this way. You know, the devil, before he done had me, but now that I'm serving Christ, you know, he's mad, he's angry, he's trying to distract me, he's trying to derail me. He wants to get my focus off God.
And just the fact that I'm on the right track, that makes me, it gives me praise unto the Lord that God has brought me this far, that the enemy's even mad. So, I want to encourage you today, so no matter what people say about you, I mean, most of us have been prophesied over, even from a child, oh, you'll never amount to nothing, you'll be in jail time, you're 18, you'll be in juvenile, you'll be like your daddy, you'll never have nothing, he was a drunk, you'll be a drunk, I mean literally, I mean, that's what happened, that's what goes on in his life. But let me tell you something, Jesus come, the devil comes to kill us to the only story, but Jesus come to give you life and life more abundantly. Don't worry about what man says to you, amen.
Worry about the Father, the Bible, you know, he tells you, you know, he's the only one that we need to keep our focus on. You'll obviously put your faith in not the wisdom of man, but the power of God. And I know you got some things you can add to this. He talks about Satan being the accuser and he's the liar and the father of it and he's life from the very beginning, you know, and that sin is of the devil, the purpose that God has manifested, he might destroy the works of the devil for the devil, sin is from the beginning.
So, you know, that's what he's going to do, he's going to lie on the cues and murder and steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus gives us that opportunity that we can have life and life more abundantly, you know, salvation. And you know, it is, you know, in even walking with the Lord, you know, God, there's a lot of things that God tells us not to do and there's a lot of things that God tells us to do. And of course, we all know the biggest one is Judge Nott and Be Not Judge, you know, in Matthew 7-1 and then it talks about Matthew 7-2 that, you know, the same judgment that you judge others will be measured back into you. So the way that you judge others is really, you know, you need to judge yourself.
And so, but the Bible talks about, you know, known as tree-bots fruit and if we were to judge our own fruit, that's what we should be doing. And he tells us, you know, examine ourselves and to see if we're in the faith and to prove ourselves into God. And second Corinthians, I think 3-5 or anyways, somewhere around there, but he talks about examine ourselves into God, you know, to prove our own selves. You know, and David talks about Psalms 51-10 and 11 that, you know, Lord created me a clean heart, put a right spirit in me, you know, and then he talks about Psalms 123, talks about search me, Lord, and know my heart.
You know, know my thoughts, see if there be any wicked way in me. See, that's what we're supposed to do is judge ourselves, you know, in, in righteous judgment, you know, but see, we're allowing our hearts to, you know, we've turned our house into prayer and to identify, you know, we're allowing the things of the world and the enemy, these open doors that we're allowing the enemy to come in and, you know, and, and, you know, we're supposed to have a house of prayer, you know, and that's how we build our foundation is to pray so that God can give you that spiritual discernment. So you don't judge somebody, you know, or so you, that you don't have that bitterness from where you, you know, you've been hurt as a child and you've got to forgive us towards your mother and your parents or your, your, your daddy or whoever you might have been raped, you know, and, and that will give you things that, that you've been through, you know, the devil, there's, there's a root down in there that needs to come out and see God has to show us our weaknesses, you know, he wants us to be aware of our weaknesses and, you know, through trials and tribulations, we see these things, you know, because we got a wrestle in, in the prayer and we got to wrestle the Bible talks about the spirit and, in the flesh will wrestle, you know, they're warned against each other. So if you are walking with God, God will show you these things and it might be something that God is trying to deal with you about because all of our flesh, it has to be dealt with, you know, because we're called, you know, to walk in the spirit to live in the spirit to obey the spirit.
These are things that were called not just to, you know, to receive the spirit, but we've got to walk it and we've got to live it. And so, you know, a lot of times I've noticed that even myself, you know, because I've seen this or this has happened in my life, you know, and that, that's, you look at that as, you know, someone else, you know, is doing the same thing, but there's a root that needs to be dealt with. And, you know, we got to, we got to minister in the gift of the Holy Spirit. If we don't minister in that gift, then we are going to judge because, you know, it's the Word of God that will convict and convince, you know, the hearts to change and repent and turn from sin.
It's not us, you know. So if you're giving them the Word, then, you know, you're doing it in love as Jesus did, but he gave them the truth. And I'm talking to people that's also trying to live, Godly, and trying to walk with God, you know, and trying to have the right instructions on, you know, to minister to others. And judgment, you know, it's both ways, you know.
And so it's real easy to judge others and not yourselves. And we need to judge ourselves. Well, you know, this scripture right here, it's really powerful because it says, hey, that rejected me and received not my words, amen. And I have spoken the words that I have spoken, he says, he said the same, shall judge him in the last day.
So this is what we're going to be judged by, is the Word of God, amen. And the Bible says you cannot live on bread alone, but by every word that preceded that I am not for God. So this is what's going to judge you in the last day. And that's why it's so important that we know the Word.
I mean, literally, if you don't know the Word, you don't know God because he is the Word. The Bible says, why that calls me Lord already, not do what I say. Well, if you don't know what he's the Word, then how do you know what he's saying? So that's why so many people, the Bible says that God was saying a strong delusion to make people believe a lot because they never come to the love of the truth, amen.
And the reason they never come to the love is because they never really truly surrender and get their love to cross. And if they do that, then God, that's the love right there that you truly surrender and commit to make yourself to God 100% that you don't put nothing before God. You found your true love. You found your true love.
And that's what he says. He says, if you seek you first to King of God and his righteousness and everything else that he added to you, you know, he tells you, Mark 16, Mark, he said, 15, he said, he said, King of God is a hand. He says, the King of God is a hand. He says, repent and believe the gospel, amen.
Well, you've got to know the gospel to believe it, amen. And that's how, you know, you might have, well, excuse me, why can't read, you know, I'll be honest with you, God, come here to preach. I never read a book in my life. I would say with the Bible in front of me for hours at a time and the Holy Spirit would start speaking to me.
And speaking to me later on, I would read what he done spoke to me. And so it's so amazing. The Bible said the Holy Spirit would teach you all things. And it's literally taught me how to read.
I've done more studying and reading and writing since I've been serving Christ. Amen. Yeah, praise God. But he, absolutely Jesus Christ.
But, you know, I learned, I've learned, I've done more studying since I've been serving Christ and I ever did in school. But the Bible said, blessed be the 100th verse of my righteous, shall we feel it? And so there's nothing God can't teach you to do. You know, he'll teach you to read.
There's all kinds of devices that we can use now. You can actually get, most people got a smart phone these days. You can get a Bible app that, you know, you can actually read it. And it will, it will actually, you know, it will actually call it out to you, amen.
It will give it to you as you're reading. And so there's really no, the Bible talks about it in the book of Romans, you know, in the last day when you meet Jesus, there's going to be no excuse because the grace of God, it appears to all men, it brings salvation to teach us that, to not ungodly and subwilling us, that we should live soberly, righteously in God, like in this present world. And because he wants to, he wants to deliver us, he wants to sanctify us, he wants to purify us that we can be his workmen's and working together. And more people need to set the example and walk in the cross what it's about.
You know, it just breaks my heart to see leaders that's out here, you know, telling dirty jokes and smoking and drinking and cursing and you know, that says that's supposed to be preachers and dakids. That's what the Bible talks about being enemies of the cross. You know, praise the Lord, we're Jesus sets the example for us, you know, the Bible said that Christ suffered and died. He leaves the example that we should follow him, a man with no sin or God's mouth.
He sets the example for the church, but now it's time for the church, the example for the world. You know, the world is affecting the church more than the church is affecting the world today. You know, we need to, we need to preach about repentance, we need to preach about obedience, we need to walk with God. It's that example, it's time, you know, we live in the last hours and you know, the devil's moving, he's moving, I mean, rapidly.
And you know, he's destroying people's lives. He can't exactly what he said he's going to do, he's going to kill us during the story. But Jesus is coming to, to give us life a lot more abundantly. But God needs tools, he needs helpers, he needs laborers, you know, that we see no power.
You know, Jesus, the Lord hadn't changed. He's saying, oh, that power, the miracles is for the days of the apostles. That's not true. He's the same God today, yesterday, forever more.
We've been blessed to see many miracles. And the miracles come to obedience. The Bible said, he'd have had my commandments and keep them in, he'd have said, he'd have loved me and he'd have loved me, he'd love my father. And I would love him and I would manifest myself to him.
And so I would encourage you today, regardless of, you know, every day it's about, you know, God's got his witness and pretty much everywhere we go. And you meet people all the time, they don't go to church, they don't go to church. And most of the time, the biggest reason is because they've been hurt, they've been judged, because I've seen people where I got tattoos, I walk in and look at me crazy. Well, we want you to know that you're welcome at God's place.
This is his ministry and you come for the least of the, he said, what you've done to the least of the day, you've done it to me, amen. And so we want you to know that God loves you right where you're at, regardless. We've all seen it, fell in the shoulder of the boy of God, seeing a seeing a man, but that's why we all need a Savior. And it's Jesus Christ, every one of us needs a Savior.
Amen. And I promise you, if you come to God's place, you'll feel his love. Praise the Lord. Nobody, how can we judge anybody?
Shannon and I, we've been through, I worshiped most people out there, amen. So praise the Lord. God has changed us and He showed us an unconditional love. He loved us right where we were at.
And that's our job is to show everybody else the same love that God showed us. It's unconditionally, no matter what, where you've been, no matter what you've done, if you've been a next murder or a prostitute or drug dealer or whatever, it don't matter. God loves you right where you're at today. And that's what He wants you to know.
That's what changed my life. And then when God spoke to me, I said, God, why did you bring me from hell? Why did you pull me out of that coma ward? I deserved that.
And He spoke to me and said, because I love you. And that's what God wants you to know. And he loves you right where you're at, amen. And so it's time, if you've been judged and give your life to the Lord and let God change you that you can go out and set the example and show these people love that judged you.
Amen. Let God use you as a willing vessel to show His spirit, let His spirit work through you to show everybody His love. Amen. We want to encourage you if you come out and visit God's place church, we are moving, praise the Lord and probably maybe have another address right now.
We'll call the number on the screen and we'll let you know exactly where we're at. Lord has blessed us with a bigger church. He's doing a new thing at God's place and He needs more labor, He needs more servants. We're looking for people to lock arms with us and that God can use us as a body cross, working together in unity to make a difference in this community and many other communities.
Amen. Go out to all the world and preach the gospel every creature. Amen. Those who believe in His name, they shall be saved, those who believe not, they shall be damned.
These signs shall follow. They shall speak in tongues cast out demons. Amen. God bless you.
We'll see you next week. Call the number on screen if you need a ride. We'll be happy to get you. God bless you.
Have a good night. Hello, it's Pastor Tim. We're here today to ask you to pray for this ministry. And we don't come to you often.
We never ask for anything, any money or you don't even take up an offering at the church. But we have a need today in the building that we're in, they're selling the building. And of course, all things work together to the good to those of the Lord. God is really blessed.
It's overflowing. Sometimes it's so crowded, people that drive, they come in, there's no place to sit. They turn around and leave. And we're in a small building.
And even the children's class, the people have to walk through the class to go to the restrooms. And God is doing it so much to that place and to God's place as far as being the homeless on Saturday nights and raising up the soples. We're having three nights a week. We're extremely cooperative class on Monday nights.
People that's willing to give up, you know, into theirself out and give their whole life to the Lord. And praying and fasting. And we're seeing miracles. But it is time for God to move us forward.
And the building that we're looking at, it's a three level building that has a house attached. And today we're not asking for anything but to pray. And if God lays it on your heart to sow into this ministry, we're going to be over on the east side of Magnolia. And our goal is to have the, you know, a lot of times in, in, in summer times when kids can't go to, when they're not at school, they have a lot of times they have nothing to eat.
And our goal is to have it open, you know, during the summer days where the children in the community, if they, if they're hungry, they can combine and get something to eat. Of course, there is a lot of needs. We've raised close to 100,000. The building is around 265,000.
And there is some work that needs to be done to, you know, to some of the building. But it's ready to move in. And so that's what we're asking for today if you would help pray and see what God would have you to do and be led by the Spirit. But if he would place it on your heart, the numbers on the screen.
And most of all, just keep praying. And we've got all the honor, the glory for what he is doing at God's place in the ministry. Thank you.
