This week on The Wellness Rock, we didn’t have a plan this episode we were just going off the hizzy. I know that God had a message for me to share with you guys regarding having a plan. Having a plan is important but it is also important to understand that it is okay if our plan does not workout the way that we want it to. Throughout this process, I did not always have the support from my parents and it actually strained my relationship with them. You have to know, be confident and in prayer throughout this process. Knowing that people are going to try and stop you. There are going to be people that don’t support you.
