Loneliness has a wide ranging devastating health effect, described as being comparable to the effects of smoking 15 cigarettes a day. The question is why do we experience loneliness in spite of the boom in social media and technology? and what should be do about it? Since both Adam and Jesus experienced loneliness at certain points in their lives, loneliness must be a vulnerability in human nature, so God must have a fix.
