Going back up river...

After a career spent pulling people out of the metaphorical river, some overwhelmed and drowning in their 30's., 40's and 50's and beyond, helping them to build a raft as they go, I decided it was time to go back up river and give them a better vessel! And what further up river in the system than to create a better culture in schools, nurseries, colleges and universities and make those places where the humans who are creating the space and shaping the future of our children are supported as best as possibly can.
