Going No Contact With The Narcissist, Episode 35

When you go no contact with narcissist, it means just that, No Contact, if you want to protect your sanity and peace! You must follow through and stick to it. Only talk if you absolutely have to, like something involving the child, divorce and keep it at a minimum. Don't think you can ever be on the same page with narc. It's just not going to happen!
