Going Quarantine Stir Crazy

from Wholeness Lab · host Fonda Clayton

You feel like you are going quarantine stir crazy. Following the rules in order to keep you well and others well aka quarantine makes sense until...it feels like the walls are closing in and you want to get away - from yourself. Everyone at some point in this life has wished, prayed and begged for life to slow down. Now it has. Words are spells. The problem is most people REALLY don't know that. The collective has asked for this slowing down. We didn't ask for people to become ill or die, but time is what we wanted for a long long time. This is what...IS Now that it is here, what will you do with it (time)? What about those who still have to face COVID head on...every damn day? What about those trapped inside with their abusers? So many questions and more to come still. Listen in as I unpack some possibilities for you to use your words, thoughts and deeds for those who are essential to our necessities AND for you dear listener - to direct your focus on what you want to see in your personal world and the one we share.———————————————— Visit my website for show notes for this podcast, links, and information referenced from this show at: Episode 28 Connect with Fonda Instagram (http://www.instagram.com/fondaclayton) Would you do me a solid?
