from Living Full Out Show · host Nancy Solari - Living Full Out

Learn how going with the flow can set you free to Live Full OutThe Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari wants to encourage you in going with the flow. Maybe there was a time when something unexpected happened at work or with a loved one. Realize that life can turn out differently than how you wanted it to and take each day in stride. Listen in to our first caller Jordan, who is struggling to find a significant other even though many of her friends are in relationships. Nancy advises Jordan to avoid comparing herself to others and instead focus on what makes her happy. Jordan can consider the similarities that people she has been romantically interested in the past have had, to figure out what she wants in a partner. She can put herself out there and be excited that love will eventually come her way. Our second caller is Emily, who is having difficulty balancing summer classes, an internship, and two jobs, but is afraid of letting people down. Nancy instructs Emily to avoid committing to doing favors for others when she is busy, and to instead fulfill those requests when she has more time on her hands. Emily can manage studying, interning, and working, by negotiating how much time to dedicate to each responsibility. She can make a schedule and realize that she has complete control of her life when obligations become overwhelming. Our inspirational guest is Tony Horton, who was considered too small to be good at athletics growing up and faced numerous failures before finding success in working with BeachBody to create P90X. Tony took each disappointing outcome he faced as a life lesson and learning experience that allowed him to find a different way to accomplish his desires in the future. Through persistence and dedication, Tony reached his goals by developing his own unique diet and exercise strategies that worked for him and others in achieving physical fitness. By having a greater understanding of who he is, Tony was able to discover his purpose and passions in life. Our last caller is Rhonda, who is having trouble motivating herself to exercise due to her limiting heart condition and tight schedule since she is a working, single mom. Nancy tells Rhonda to use any amount of free time she has between accomplishing her duties to get her body moving in even the smallest of ways. Rhonda can take baby steps towards making healthier choices and gradually improve her physical fitness. Rhonda can speak to herself with affirmative words and believe that she is capable of change. Perhaps you have had difficulty accepting the way life was unfolding. Learn to adapt to changes instead of resisting them. Allow yourself to embrace what is happening around you and live full out.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/living-full-out-show--1474350/support.
