GOLF: World under-9 Champion Cillian Hirst, and his dad Joe, chat to Galway Bay FM's Darren Kelly on 'Over The Line'

After joining an very exclusive Irish club of US Kids World Golf champions, 9-year-old Cillian Hirst from Maree, the World number one for his age, arrived home to Maree Community Centre last Saturday (8th August), after winning the global title by a convincing six shots in Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA. The Athenry club golfer joins Rory McIlroy and Tom McKibbin as the only two Irish golfers to win this prestigious title.  And Cillian did it just one week after claiming the 'Champion of Champions' crown in Fermanagh, the World's largest Junior Golf invitational. On this weekend's 'Over The Line,' Cillian Hirst, and his dad Joe, caught up with Galway Bay FM's Darren Kelly.
