衛福部2018年起不斷滾動修正「長照ABC」制度，試圖將亂象頻傳的A單位，給予明確的定位。目前現行是由A單位承接照管中心轉介長照需要者，並且以個案為中心每6個月來擬訂與檢視照顧計畫；照管中心則是評估失能等級，將有需求的個案轉介給A單位，並督導評估、審核A單位擬定的照顧計畫。但是，無論是照管專員還是個管員，其角色定位、權責劃分、品質管控仍然是一國多制，各地方政府各自解讀，民間機構A單位水準參差不齊，落差極大，民怨四起。民進黨立委吳玉琴最近邀集各界舉行「長照2.0通盤檢討公聽會」，希望釐清分工問題。蔡政府第一任、第二任的政策白皮書中雖一再強調長照願景，現在卻似乎前途堪慮，怎麼看？怎麼辦？ B&B Radio幫幫廣播網李希昌主持《有我照你》 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
