Good, Fast or Cheap

Good, Fast or Cheap, everyone one wants it but is it really possible? Some of my thoughts on who plays a role in that idea on a project and some ways to rope the unicorn.  We take an example from the start of a ground up project and the contractors involved at the beginning to explain out the good, fast, cheap logic.
