He’s worked for 15 years in corporate finance and investment banking at leading independent investment dealers based in Toronto. During his career, Gorav has worked on over $4b of transactions, successfully advising corporate clients on transactions ranging from M&A and restructuring to IPOs, RTOs and financings.
